'Nice hotel, friendly staff. But if you stay longer you start to see lots of small problems'

'A very nice, exceptionally clean hotel! Everything felt fresh and well cared for, making it a pleasant place to stay. Ammar, the reception manager, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming hotel.'

'Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....

'Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. '
