Thanks for your comment and visit!We are located in the center, there are many nearby options for breakfast, most of the clients who go out for breakfast the first day in town make the other breakfasts with us since it is more complete and cheaper than what they can find in town.We do not offer luggage storage service, it is not part of our services. We do a favor to some customers who request it so that they can leave their luggage in the office, obviously we do not expect them to leave valuable items but part of the extra luggage, this was previously explained to you that you could leave it in the office, it was a favor not a service to you (we do not charge you anything) as a note when we have luggage in the office the office remains closed all night and the cleaning girls open the office at 6: am, it is not open all the time as you say We also have the office monitored with cameras, we have never had any problems, but since we can learn from everything, we now have a new policy and due to your comment we will not do this type of favor again to avoid future inconveniences.Kind regards!

It is true that our room 3 is next to the road, that's why it is our cheapest room (that's why you booked) however you stayed 7 nights with us and only one night was in room 3, when you told us that his dream was very light we moved you to another room, more expensive and we gave it to you at the same price as room 3, just so that you were happy, we see that it did not work. (We don't understand why you commented on room 3 if only one night was there) As for the bed we are surprised, our beds are made of wood are reinforced and our mattresses are orthopedic, it is the first time someone complains about our beds. we would have liked that if you had a problem your bathroom would inform us, so we give you a solution with pleasure, but you always said that everything was fine. We are always willing to help our customers, if you have a problem, let us know and we will find a way to fix, easy and simple.

hello Jose, well yes we have restaurants and a small bar close to our hotel but normally they are not noisy,but i saw your observation and it says jan 1 2019 so maybe you were here in december and in that month in drake bay we have many parties..but after that everything calms down. regards
