The Space:

The luxurious Aurora vacation villa in Lancken is newly built and will be completed in 2024—high-quality

furnishings, stylish design, and ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The vacation home offers 170 m², two bedrooms with spacious double beds (180 x 200 cm), a sofa bed in the living area, and two children’s rooms with cozy bunk beds (160 x 90 cm)—perfect for families.

The living space is complemented by two bathrooms and a separate guest restroom.

The unique blend of industrial interior design and a charming thatched roof makes the villa

truly one of a kind. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept kitchen-living area with

a kitchen island, complete with a built-in coffee machine and integrated wine cooler—perfect for

enjoyable evenings. In the living area, a TV, speakers, and a small selection of

books provide entertainment, while the fireplace creates a particularly cozy

atmosphere on cooler days.

For true moments of well-being, the private wellness area with sauna and whirlpool is at your

disposal—and so you can relax there as well, the sauna features a built-in

music system that can be easily connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in a very quiet area surrounded by nature – perfect for unwinding. At the same time,

you are just a few minutes' walk from the beach, so beach days, walks, and sunsets

start right outside your door. This allows you to combine peace, comfort, and proximity to the sea in one of the

most beautiful corners of Rügen.
