'Great accommodations!'

'We only stayed one night at the property. As soon as we entered, we found complimentary chocolates on a desk, gnawed by mice. Going down to the basement, we found a black widow and another type of black spider—both were horrible. We immediately contacted the host, who apologized, but it wasn't helpful. We couldn't find another property that night, so we spent it awake and terrified. Later that night, one of the mice was on the kitchen counter. It was very frustrating and tiring. The host could...

'It was a very, very clean place. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated that there was a Berkey water filter. Lots of stairs, but I expected that. I would return if I were in the area again. '

'The host is a vacation rental company. Communication was good. The apartment was clean and seemed to be fairly new on the inside. Directions on how to use the coffee maker and garbage disposal would have been nice. Remote controls and garbage disposal batteries needed replacing. The manager ordered and sent us batteries. There weren't any napkins, plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags, cooking spices or olive oil. Only 4 forks and spoons. a few more knives. There was a playpen with toys and...

'The location of this property was ideal for our one week stay in Salt Lake City. Restaurants, grocery shopping and quick drive to U of U for doctor's appointments. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Very cute decor. Enjoyed the space and comfort for the three adults who were there. Communication with the owner was quite satisfactory. Would definitely consider staying here again.'
