Welkom in het gezelligste huisje aan de westkant van Seneca. Volledig gerenoveerd in oktober 2018 - binnen en buiten. Dit huisje ligt in een zeer besloten en rustige omgeving. Alle nieuwe vloeren, dak, portiekdak en bootdak in de herfst van 2018. Geniet van het geweldige uitzicht vanuit de hot tub met uitzicht op het meer. Er is groot scherm kabel-tv en high speed draadloos internet. De voorkant van het huisje heeft een geweldig uitzicht op het meer door een meestal glazen wand. Dat uitzicht is toegankelijk vanuit het grootste deel van het huisje. Diner met het gezin of ontbijt bij zonsopgang kan worden genoten op een groot overdekt terras met uitzicht op het meer, of op het dok. Heeft houtskoolgrill en vuurplaats aan het water. Zeer grote slaapkamers, waaronder een koning meester. Moderne nieuwe apparaten in de keuken - nieuwe keramische tegels badkamer. Zeer goed ingericht en uitzonderlijk schoon. 2 tennisbanen in de buurt. 3 golfbanen binnen 15 minuten. Massages in het huisje en rondleidingen met limousine aan de deur beschikbaar. Er zijn slechts een paar trappen naar het meer en zelfs een klein strand voor kinderen. We zitten op een ZEER centrale locatie die ons dicht bij de meeste van de belangrijkste wijnmakerijen van de regio en nabijgelegen steden brengt. We zijn 6 mijl van winkels, boodschappen, gas, restaurants en bioscopen. 8 mijl van staatsbootlancering en bootverhuur. Weg het hele jaar open en gemakkelijk toegankelijk in de winter. Op loopafstand van de Outlet Trail om te wandelen en fietsen tussen de meren Seneca en Keuka. Loop naar tennisbanen en nieuwe Tot Lot. Huisje is modern en uitzonderlijk schoon. Award voor uitmuntendheid elk jaar. Uitstekende verhuur voor mensen met huisdieren [omheind tuin]. Het hele jaar gemakkelijk bereikbaar, ook in de winter.

Convenient location and very clean

We really enjoyed our lake get-a-way. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The street was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The location was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. For those traveling with kids- the tot area mentioned in the description is a 15 minute walk, so driving there is more realistic with kids. Also there really isn’t a beach area for the kids to swim as listed. We brought life jackets so our kids jumped off the dock to swim and climbed the loosely attached ladder to get out.

Great Stay

We had a great week at the property. Early June so the weather was still cool and the lake COLD! We wanted a week of relaxed time to read and be together. It was perfect. The cottage was well equipped. We loved the covered deck where we could hang out even in the rain looking over the lake. The only negative was a soft King bed, and no instructions as to where the washer and dryer were located. We hunted around and finally found it in the basement which was only accessible from outside. Once we found it, we were pleased with the full size washer and dryer. We would definitely come back to this cottage.

Finger Lakes getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice - comfortable for four adults. The weather could have been better, but it was relaxing. Steps to the lake were more than we thought - a lot of them and kind of steep. Overall, it was a nice time away.

Rental House right on Lake Senwca

Very quiet peaceful getaway right on Lake Seneca. The property was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the fire pit and hot tub overlooking the water were wonderful ways to relax after exploring Watkins Glen and the local wineries!

Great weekend getaway

Had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to the wineries & only a 20 min drive to Watkins Glen! Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the covered porch & relaxing evenings in the hot tub! The only thing I had a problem with was the large gaps in the fence that my dogs could easily get through & the fact they needed to be on the leash while in the yard. Not a huge problem but not what I expected

House was perfect for a family getaway on the lake. House has two large size bed rooms and a large family room. Great view of the lake with a deck overlooking the dock and lake. Hottub was excellent to relax in as well.

A friend and I decided to go for a little wine tasting. Not exactly the best weather or time of year for it, but hey….. the place was cozy, the beds were comfy and the place was available. Hopefully we will make another trip for the summer and it will be available.

Clean and comfy

We had a nice stay - the house is just as advertised and was very clean. We went in late November, and it was cold/rainy/snowy much of the stay, so we didn't use the outside space. It was a great property for this time of year though with a cozy electric fireplace and a hot tub overlooking the lake. It also has almost a full glass wall facing the lake, so the view is wonderful. The kitchen is very small, but functional and had everything we needed for cooking an easy dinner. The living room and bedrooms were spacious and there is a ton of storage! Bathroom is also very tiny, but clean and worked for us. The location is amazing, we walked to a playground and were very close to the Keuka Outlet Trail. Wineries and Breweries are only a few minutes away.

Amazing lake view on a quiet street

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage on the lake. The location was perfect, close enough to local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and still a quiet, secluded cottage to come back to at night. We enjoyed the hot tub with the phenomenal view of the lake. The check in and check out process was easy with communication from the property manager. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Weekend on the lake

Such a perfect location! The cottage is right on the water, amazing views from the living room, porch and dock! It’s close to everything you could possibly want to explore. We did a day in Canandigua and another day near Penn Yan checking out breweries. The cottage itself was clean and spacious. Filtered water was a nice touch. It had everything we needed. Definitely hope to come again.

Cozy, pet-friendly retreat

Cozy cottage right on the lake. We loved starting our day soaking in the hot tub while watching the sunrise. We brought our two dogs, and they enjoyed the fenced in yard and swimming at the public beach which is just down the road.

Cottage is near the end of a dead end road and is very peaceful. Wonderful view of sun and moon rise. Although the cottage needs some updating, it was immaculate which is more important for me.

Beautiful Cottage

The cottage had a wonderful view of Seneca Lake. The covered porch was great to have meals and play cards while enjoying the wonderful view. The master bedroom was huge with a king-sized soft bed and plenty of room for bags and dog beds for our fur babies. Having a fenced in area for the dogs was very beneficial and living 4 houses from the end of the road, kept the traffic at the bare minimum. The dock was long and in good shape but there was a tremendous amount of seaweed. I did not get in the water due to the seaweed but i was in the great hot tub very often.

Wine Get Away

Great location, enjoyed the beautiful lake! Property is fine for a short stay, nothing fancy but does the job! The only suggestion would be to have more amenities like prepackaged coffee, cream, etc.. Not a lot of shopping close and hours vary in this area so can be difficult to get these items. But despite that, I would stay at this property again.

Nice, quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Inside was very clean and welcoming. Our pets enjoyed the stay, also. Our only issue was the amount of overgrowth on the steps and boat house down to the water. It made the stairs down dangerous and very tight. There was a great deal of poison growing in the brush too. It was disappointing because the posted pics made the area and the view from hot tub so open but was not the case. We still had a good stay but the stress of the growth and descent was there.

Cute lake front property

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage while in town to see the eclipse. Pros: Super view of the lake! The house was well equipped for cooking. It was clean and the living area was comfortable. Bedrooms were good sized, beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bath were a bit tight but adequate. Close to many good wineries, hiking, and yummy frozen custard. We did not use the hot tub. Cons: the inside you use a bit of paint in a few spots. The yard was full of debris but then it was just the start of spring in upstate New York. I assume it gets raked in spring. Old rusty decorations and non- functioning lamps in the deck should be removed. Would be good to have more lights that work outside.
