'Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. '

'My room had a bug a stink bug and the heat did not work properly. The room was dusty and small not the cleanest. They make you pay a $100 security deposit which none of the guest seem aware of. I paid $44 for breakfast and it was not breakfast at all a coffee cake , tea, coffee, or juice. My daughter wanted breakfast made and was going to pay.
