'We had an excellent stay, and I especially want to recognize Carina at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. After breakfast, my husband accidentally left his phone behind. Carina found it and made sure it was safely returned to us. She was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. 'Heel fijn hotel. Kamer ruim genoeg. Goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ligging en makkelijk om op de hoofdweg te komen. De niet roken Kamer rook helaas nog wel naar rook. '

'This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive.'

'The pool water appeared cloudy and not clean. Not enough chairs at the pool. Elevator was stifling hot for some reason. Shampoo canister was empty in shower. 3 towels for 4 people. Gym was under construction so no fresh water station. Breakfast was excellent- good coffee.'

'The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I had two reservations for two days that they consolidated them so I didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathrooms seems bigger than other hotels. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. The restaurant lady was very friendly and did a great job keeping the tables clean and people fed. The cleaning lady was also friendly and kept the hotel very clean.'

'The manager over at the hotel is very rude! Terrible attitude. Also I was booked for 2 weeks and only stayed a week. I paid from June 19th- July 3rd. I left on June 26th she was trying to get me to pay additional 510.00 on June 26th I was asking questions and she was getting a attitude she took and told me I had to vacate, she also put a no trust passing on me.
