'Every single person we met was so kind and caring. They arranged transport from Belize city to the hotel and the concierge was so worried we wouldn’t arrive in time he messaged our driver to get our order so food was available upon our arrival. He went above and beyond so many times.'

slechte gordijnen (extra bed stond in de zit kamer die niet eens donker gemaakt kon worden.
Het zeil van de boot had al jaren geleden vervangen moeten zijn (zaten scheuren in en kon niet goed gebruikt worden)
We hadden een huisje voor 5 personen, maar er was niet eens voldoende voor een maaltijd voor 4 man....., laat staan genoeg voor een ontbijt en...

The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to...
