'This property is charming and the owner clearly put thought in the decor. She was incredibly responsive, left clear instructions, and had humorous labels explaining the door and light switch too. 'Stayed for multiple nights while attending a dog show at the fairground, half an hour away. Nice back yard with a high and solid stockade fence for dog safety. Not a lot of landscaping (I think this is good, no worries about dogs digging in mulch, etc). There are three doors to the backyard, one in the kitchen, one in the main bedroom, one from the garage. Neighbors have a dog (beagle?) who will bark, but that dog doesn't seem to approach the fence. Motion detector lights at night, very nice....
