Very nice and cozy hotel, friendly staff, delicious coffee and service at the coffee bar, the breakfast buffet was overwhelming in choices and diversity in flavors, the lunch buffet offered many options as well. Having dinner at the terrace while enjoying the view towards the Marina/ JBR skyline was great. The water fountain should be less active while having dinner. Be aware there is construction work going on at one next to the building

Het C Central Resort Hotel ligt op het buitenste blad van de palm, direct aan het strand. Het is niet zo megagroot als de meeste hotels op de palm. Wij hebben er (2wk) een voortreffelijke tijd gehad. De kamers en publieksruimten zijn zeer schoon. Altijd fijn. Nu! Zeer belangrijk! Overal pompjes met desinfecterende handcrème. Personeel houdt keurig afstand en iedereen is netjes verzorgt en draagt een mondkapje. Het hotel beschikt over een fijn zwembad en een rustig privé strand met gratis bedden en parasols. Badlakens worden vrij verstrekt. Tijdens coronatijd waren alle buffetten bediend. Wij vonden dat prettig; geen vreemde vingers aan het eten en minder verspilling. Ook hebben wij à la carte gegeten. Uitgebreide kaart, alles was lekker en keurig verzorgd. Prijzen zijn naar Dubai maatstaven redelijk en bediening ook op het strand. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras, zwembad en strand op de palm is prachtig. De kamers aan de zwembad-zijde hebben mooi uitzicht op de palm met daarachter de skyline van de Marina en in de avond zonsondergang. Aan de voorkant (ingang) van het hotel kijk je richting de Burj al Arab met daar achter de skyline van nieuw Dubai met de Burj Khalifa en in de vroege morgen de zonsopgang. De zijkanten van het hotel hebben dit uitzicht gedeeltelijk. Alle kamers beschikken over een balkon met twee stoelen en tafeltje. We gaan niet iedereen apart noemen maar; Anastasia van de front desk je bent geweldig. Zonder uitzondering waren alle medewerkers dat

Ik vind dit hotel echt uitstekend goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Valet parking is geheel gratis ik voelde me echt thuis. De gastheer Eddie was echt top. Wij hadden Kwamen van het shoppen in global village en Eddie heeft onze tassen aangenomen en gedragen tot aan de kamer. Service is top.

Small/medium size hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Food is decent quality. Good medium size pool. Can get quite lively with poolside DJ. Direct access to the beach for one of the Palm canals. A few fish in the water but not enough for snorkling enthusiasts. You can walk to the Atlantis waterpark in 20 minutes if so inclined. Great place to relax and stay for 2-3 nights if you don't want to leave the hotel. If you are planning for several days of lazy 'all inclusive' style, don't go anywhere else, with a family then you might be a little bored after a few days. Not much going on in the evening.

The bits I liked about the property were the good selection on offer for the buffet - although some of the items appeared on the menu for breakfast that were on the menu for dinner - but all in all the selections were good - Staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were great ( too many to name ) The free shuttle service to the Malls - a great bonus . The negatives - The hotel is situated on a building site - I paid for a deluxe double with sea views and balcony - I could not use this as it overlooked the building sites to the front and side . The noise started from 06.00am in the morning till 6.00pm . The bin lorry coming at 04.30am on Sunday and Friday mornings was bad enough making all the noise. On check in I had been up 24 hours and had to wait an hour and a half to get into a room , but was told I was lucky as check in was 3.00pm and made to feel that I should be grateful. there were other things like the sun loungers on the beach were cheap and really uncomfortable to lay on , the TV channels did not work as it was cloudy !!! Room cleans were after 4.00pm on a couple of days ( but this was soon altered when I spoke to housekeeping ) All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all

Honestly, when we were passing different hotels on the shuttle, it looked like this hotel was the worst. It doesn’t qualify to be a 5 star. Towels are grey, way past their life. Lounge chairs are ridiculous as their beach towels. Very dirty. Always construction even till midnight. On our last night, I woke up at 11:30 due to noise next door, turns out staff were cleaning next room. How unprofessional. I was highly disappointed for what I got with the price I paid.

Lors de notre récente escapade à Dubaï, nous avons eu le privilège de séjourner au C Central Hotel & Resort The Palm, et je dois dire que l'expérience a largement dépassé toutes nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, l'élégance du hall d'accueil et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel ont immédiatement annoncé la couleur d'un séjour exceptionnel. Ce qui a vraiment démarqué ce séjour des autres, c'est l'attention particulière et personnalisée que le personnel a portée à nos besoins. Un exemple frappant de leur service exceptionnel fut la surprise organisée pour l'anniversaire de ma femme. Sans même en avoir fait la demande, nous avons trouvé un gâteau d'anniversaire exquis et joliment décoré dans notre chambre, accompagné d'un petit mot chaleureux de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Ce geste a profondément touché ma femme et ajouté une note de magie à notre séjour. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient tout aussi impressionnantes. Entre la possibilité de louer des voitures de luxe directement à l'hôtel pour explorer la ville avec style, et l'accès à des jet-skis pour une aventure palpitante sur l'eau, chaque journée était remplie d'activités excitantes et luxueuses. Et que dire de la vue ? Depuis notre chambre, nous avions une vue imprenable sur le vaste océan et les paysages urbains de Dubaï, un spectacle à couper le souffle que nous avons eu le plaisir de contempler chaque matin au réveil.

Das Hotel ist für Dubai Verhältnisse eher klein und nicht protzig. Sehr schön, alles sauber, tolles Personal, auch sehr freundlich Essen ausgezeichnet, egal ob Frühstück, buffet oder a la cart! Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist die Gegend perfekt Zum Geschehen ist man mind 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi enfernt Die Baustelle war nicht störend, obwohl sie gleich daneben war Es waren auch relativ viele Kinder anwesend, dass sollte beim Buchen berücksichtig werden Wir hatten Glück sie waren alle brav und erzogen . Das einzige negative war, dass wenn etwas Wind ginge , keine Schirme aufgemacht werden durfte Da haben sich natürlich einige beschwert, denn wenn die Sonne runtersteigt hält das keiner aus und ist schlecht für die Haut Die Hotels daneben hatten die wohl offen , anscheinend waren die Schirme stabiler Das muss unbedingt geändert werden von dem Management aus , so verärgern sie die Leute ! Auch hier hatten wir Glück, da es regelmäßig bewölkt und Sonne war , aber ansonsten nicht umsetzbar Es war auch sonst kein schattenplatz ! Ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen alles perfekt

Tolles Strandhotel auf der Palme mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal und vielfältigem Buffet Sehr sauber, tolles Service, großes und sehr geräumiges Premium Zimmer mit super Ausblick Richtung Meer. Einzig negativer Punkt (aktuell) ist, dass nebenan ein neues Hotel gebaut wird und dadurch teilweise Baulärm entsteht. Ist aber nicht außergewöhnlich störend.

Our stay was lovely. All the staff were very friendly. Peter was exceptional a delight to chat too. Front staff were pleased to see you return & welcomed you home. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was so comfortable. We had a sea view & it was lovely to sit on the balcony & enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was very nice, a great choice. I have no negative about this hotel. Just a little too far out & we spent a lot on taxis.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Für einen Strandurlaub ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Es gibt zwar nicht viel Abwechslung aber an sich ist das Frühstück gut. Aktuell befinden sich um das Hotel herum ein paar Baustellen, dadurch entsteht etwas Lärm, der aber noch erträglich ist. Man sollte beachten, dass das Hotel etwas weiter von der Stadt entfernt ist und man auf das Taxi angewiesen ist. Es wird aber auch ein Shuttlebus z.B. zur Mall of Emirates und Dubai Hills Mall angeboten. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Good food, good views, good beach, decent amenities, most of the staff is wonderful. However, the valet service is horrible, always trying to rip off customers, also very unwelcoming when you arrive with a taxi that wasn’t from the hotel. Cleaning is not the best, most of the staff are amazing, keeping the hotel very tidy but the cleaner assigned to our room was lazy. Our room only got cleaned twice in 9 days (this was when we went out of our way to request a different cleaner since ours hadn’t done her job).

最高です♪ホテルの香り良し👌室内はとても綺麗、アメニティパーフェクト充実、アイロン台、アイロン、ガウン、毛布、裁縫セット、スリッパ、ドライヤー。ティーセット、ポット。完備。全て満足でした。浴槽がないのが残念でしたが、高級シャワーはついているので、⭕️。 プールもプライベートビーチも綺麗。プールサイドでバスタオルを貸してくれるサービスもシャワーもあり。 お部屋からビーチを一望できるお部屋で洗濯物を干す紐もシャワールームについていました。クリーニングサービスも充実。 スタッフの対応も親切。 1点懸念点は乗ってきたタクシーを待たせていたのに、ポーターがタクシーは去ったよと言ってきたので諦めたら、実は待っており、20分後にルームコールで呼ばれて慌ててタクシーに戻りましたが。その後運転手に長時間待たせたことを怒られる羽目になりました。何故嘘をついたのか？不明ですが。 それ以外はタクシーも呼んでくれるし、Wi-Fiもバッチリ。アクティビティも充実しており、フライボードを楽しみました。モーニングはバイキング形式で色んな料理が楽しめますが、日本人の私のお口にはイマイチ合わなかったです。コーヒーが激まずで驚きました。マイコーヒーを持って行っておいて助かりました。 夜のビーチも景色が最高でした。 次があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

I stayed here during the half term break 10th Feb to the 17th Feb. I read some of the other negative reviews but the hotel was the cheapest I could find on the Palm, so needs must. I was told resorts on the Palm were ideal for families. Turns out the negative reviews were accurate. Overall, I give this resort between 2 and 3 star poor to average. In coming to my rating I have taken into account the room rate which is equivalent to a 5 star hotel in London. This resort does not come close to any other 5 star I have been to. As with everything in Dubai you do not get value for money. The hotel is surrounded by building work. This obstructs what otherwise would have been beautiful views. Our room was right next to the construction site, the work starts at 7 am in the morning and at times was loud. The resort is not child friendly - the play room is small, it has a small ball pit and that’s about it. There is a tiny shallow pool for babies/ toddlers again not great. The private beach is perhaps the only good thing but fills up very quickly. No slides or child toys in the pool etc. Do not go for all inclusive- it is NOT all inclusive. My understanding of all inclusive means all is included, well turns out everything isn’t included. Only drinks during meal times, that is fizzy and alcoholic drinks etc. Hot drinks are not included. You cannot get a drink whenever you like. Ice creams from the poolside are not included. On the positive side the staff were friendly and the food ok.

Esssen und Speisesaal nicht koordiniert. Schlechter unsauberer Service im Speisesaal. Zimmerreinigung ungenügend. Würde das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Wichtig wäre noch zu erwähnen dass direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle ist. Also auch Baulärm im Zimmer sowie am Strand.
