Prachtig gelegen aan de Dubai Creek, mooi terras aan het water waar ontbijt werd geserveerd. Het ontbijt was ook erg uitgebreid. Erg mooi zwembad op de 7e verdieping met uitzicht over de dubai creek en de skyline van Dubai. In de omgeving leuke restaurants en op loopafstand van de metro (10 min) en het oude deel van Dubai. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer met prima bed en mooi ingerichte badkamer. Minpunt was de gehorigheid van de kamer. Wij hadden een kamer met een "connecting door", waardoor er mogelijk veel geluid vanuit de andere kamer te horen was. (Telefoon)gesprekken waren namelijk woordelijk te verstaan.

The hotel is brand new and everything is clean and of high quality. The buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent. It is a good transit hotel in Dubai as it is close to the airport. The breeze from Dubai Creek is lovely in the morning.

The Canopy by Hilton Al Seef is a clean, sleek, modern hotel. All the staff were so helpful and also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There was a really big breakfast spread and the level 7 pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and creek. The hotel is walkable to the historic neighbourhood and some nice restaurants and is also close to the train if you want to head to the Burj Khalifa or the Palm.

The staff is amazing. I lost my cell phone in a taxi. I informed the front desk staff and they retrieved the taxi number through security cam footage. They were nice enough to contact the Taxi company and I got my cell phone back. I forgot his name but he was slim, wears glasses, and is from Bangladesh. He was very helpful as was Busa and the rest of the crew. This might’ve been the best customer service I ever received. The food at the breakfast buffet was amazing. Location is perfect. It’s quiet, next to a few embassies and a step or two away you can find yourself on the waterfront. There are many restaurants by the hotel. A few steps further from the waterfront, you can find yourself in the souq where you can buy local spices, perfumes, food, etc… The Burjuman Mall is less than a 10 minute walk away. Beside the mall you can find a lot of Indian affordable eateries and restaurants. Convenience store and Lulu Hypermarket is not too far away neither. It’s not too far from the airport. This place feels like home away from home and the staff definitely make you feel at home.

It's an excellent hotel location with a modern new York theme feel to it , lot of cafes and restaurants at the creek few minutes walking distance which excellent from November till April But many issues 1. Non smoking 🚭 hotel rooms which smell like they are smoking 2 the AC wasn't cooling and we suffered all night , 3. We booked with breakfast and they were insisting without though we double checked at checkin and they confirmed it was with 4. It's a hotel on the creek so all the rooms should have a creek view or at least a semi creek view , not block buildings just outside your window

Great Location on the Creek
The Hilton is a new hotel, I found the staff and the room attendants were very attentive, check in was a dream, was not a busy time so very easy to get around and enjoy the amenities especially the pool area and seating on the 7th floor. All I would say the breakfast could be more organized, the coffee machine had issues, but no one seemed to pick up on it, not a great selection for western person, but a small gripe in an overall great trip.

This hotel was in an excellent location. They offer a service of transport to their sister hotel closer to the marina. Room was clean, pool was also very clean. Overall service was awesome. Breakfast was also very delicious. Overall we are very pleased with this hotel and would recommend.

Two night stay - June 2 - 4
Nice little hotel. Clean, good location on the creek and the price was right. My only two issues were: 1) Lengthy check-in time. They only had one staff member at the front desk. She was fine but she needed help. 2) My particular room (336) is situated directly below the section of the hotel gym that has the free weights. On both mornings of my stay I was awakened by early morning fitness enthusiasts dropping weights on to the floor. So, be warned if you are given room 336.

Would highly recommend this place to stay for business and non self sufficient travelers, however a better stay than JBR if you are a tourist for the sites, use public transport, or wanting to visit other Emirates. Very quiet, next door to consulates and Palace of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed the Emir of Qatar. Valet is free and the breakfast was worth the little extra money for its spread including made to order omelettes. The rooms may need to have some inspections done for cosmetics like something as simple as mirrors having smudges that won’t come off or the roller blinds having damage for some reason. The room I got was a studio and that was my fault, I was looking for a room with a kitchen/kitchenette. 8.9/10 -Earned their hospitality plaque from Dubai.

Great location, super hotel
Great location being on the creek and a short walk from the souks. Lovely views, great breakfast, very helpful staff. Lovely pool - BUT when entering our room there as always an intolerant smell which I think was coming from the drains, the hotel had fresheners plugged into the wall in the hallways. They also really need to Cory out the lighting system which is far too complicated - trying to be clever. I raised that with management pre-covid but still the same. Otherwise a great stay which I’ll repeat and hope they sort these two issues out.

Upgraded to better hotel
The hotel I reserved was overbooked so they put me in their sister hotel, the Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton, but I was still able to use all the facilities in the Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef. The hotels were 5 mins away by buggy which you could request from the hotels.
