Amateuristisch personeel, hadden zelf geen toiletpapier tijdens verblijf. Storende buren in executive verdieping, hotel heeft niets gedaan om dit op te lossen. Not a 5* hotel !

Mooi hotel, uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Vlakbij de metro. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is niet bijzonder, maar schoon, fijn bed en goede douche. Voor het kluisje heb je een creditcard nodig om te sluiten/openen. Wij waren zeer tevreden!

Worst nightmare
Ordered a non smoking room, room and bedsheet were sticking to sigaretes. Pool facilities are very underconung and dirty, sun beds are discussing dirty. When I was out and called for a service they send me through to 5 people and when they listen they just hang up. Having excuse bad phone reception, I called my friend to see my phone wasn’t working good but it was perfect. Very unprofessional impolite personnel. A 5* hotel!!!! It’s more of a 2* Star. Rooms very old and dirty. Hall is nice but there it stops. Food is bad and many is microwave reheated bad or not fresh!!!!

This is a brilliant place to stay, beautiful hotel with waterfountain inside and a swimming pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately the internet WiFi is not free and you have to buy cards to make use of it. Roomservice is perfect !! and all staf are giving you so much respect and the best hospitality to make your stay very comfortable.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel in Dubai, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the hotel, I couldn't help but notice the outdated facilities that desperately need renovation. The entire hotel seemed worn out and in dire need of a facelift. The room I stayed in was a stark reflection of this aging facility. The furniture looked tired, and the overall decor felt outdated. The lack of modern amenities was disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for my stay. The bathroom, in particular, looked like it had seen better days, with signs of wear and tear evident everywhere. Aside from the physical state of the hotel, the service I received was equally subpar. The staff, though polite, seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. This resulted in slow service, particularly in the hotel's dining areas. The restaurant staff appeared harried, and the quality of service suffered greatly. Additionally, I must highlight another significant issue during my stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel in Dubai: the severely limited and inconvenient car parking space. Finding a parking spot was a nightmare, primarily due to the inadequate size and layout of the parking area. The spaces were incredibly narrow and cramped, making it extremely challenging to maneuver even a standard-sized vehicle. One of the aspects that deeply disappointed me during my stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel was the breakfast buf

Eigentlich alles super, jedo h mit kleineren Mängeln. Das Internet im Zimmer war sehr langsam. Das Telefon funktionierte nur bedingt. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, muss aber wieder mal renoviert werden, insbeso dere das Badezimmer

Worst hotel ever.
It is the worst hotel to stay in Dubai. Their rooms are extremely dirty, bathroom shower floods the entire bathroom, the reception at the hotel have an extremely bad attitude and dont care if your not happy with the stay. I had a really bad experience staying at this hotel and there are too many issues for me too list here. Bottom this is an extremely bad hotel to stay at. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. They have a 5 star rating which they probably got 30 years ago and have since dropped their standards. They are not even worth 1 star.

The breakfast buffet was delicious! Service of agent at counter so unprofessional! The safe in the room and the fridge didn't work. It was too risky carrying the passports with us anywhere we went. Milk for my little one went bad. There was mold in the shower.
