Prima prijs voor je verblijf. Bedden slapen erg goed. Elke dag komt roomservice alles schoon maken. Kamers mogen wat sfeervoller. Mall of the Emirates en metro zijn op loopafstand.

Hele leuke en schone appartement
Mooie nette en schone appartement in een ideale locatie. Vlak achter de mall of the Emirates en shareton. lieve en behulpzame personeel. Appartement is zeer ruim met aparte badkamers. Is schoon en kan je alles vinden. Zeker een aanrader.

Fijn en comfortabel hotel!
Heel positieve ervaring. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat onze kamer nog niet klaar was (1 slaapkamer appartement). Hiervoor in de plaats kregen wij een appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Deze was zeer ruim, met een grote keuken, ruime living, 2(!) badkamers, een apart toilet en 2 slaapkamers. Alles werd goed onderhouden en schoongemaakt op dagelijkse basis. De kamers hebben ook allemaal een balkon. Op het dak is er een zwembad, waar je even tot rust kunt komen tussen bezoeken van de hotspots door. Op loopafstand van metro en Mall of the Emirates. Er is een grote (gigantische) Carrefour in de mall, waar boodschappen gehaald kunnen worden, ideaal!

DON’T DO IT!
STOP PLEASE READ!!! The hotel staff WAS WONDERFUL but the hotel itself needs to be UPDATED and EXTERMINATED. I have never been on a hotel until now and had ROACHES!!! There are other hotels that have multiple bedrooms and baths that are way better and I wish we had did more research. Find another place until they get this one together!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In wenige Minuten erreicht man den Mall of the Emirates, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants etc. Die Gegend ist ein bisschen laut.

Nice apartment stay in great location.
We stayed here for 15 days on our way to America. The location was ideal and suited our need. Check in was quick and staff at front desk and housekeeping were excellent. The apartment was just what we wanted. We had a grocery store around the block for stocking kitchen and restaurant delivery options were many though we didn’t use. The washing machine worked well and the balcony was ideal for drying. Liked that there was a half and full bath. What could have been better was the cooking vessels in the kitchen, but we managed. The tv was there in both hall and bedroom but with very limited channels. Used the gym daily. It was good. Didn’t use the pool. Ample parking was there. There was absolutely no sounds of the road and we recommend this place for a homely comfortable stay in Dubai with access to transport nearby like metro and buses

The place had broken sofa damaged tv which I complained nothing was done, the WiFi doesn’t connect properly. The furniture and the fit out in the place is a disaster one of the worst I have in Dubai. The staff are not friendly I asked only for water they told me to shop abruptly. I’ve been dubai 4 years this is the worst experience I have ever had. I’m sure if this was England trading standards would have close this place down. Go and check the rooms out your self

Hotel for cockroaches!
Stayed whilst waiting for COVID test to return to Abu Dhabi. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere, even on the 11th floor (I've lived in the Middle East 6 years, it's not that hard to keep cockroaches away, especially on such a high floor)! Floors covered in a greasy, slippery film. Unfriendly staff at check-in. Air conditioning useless, 23C boiling one minute, 27C freezing the next. Patchy paint all over the walls. Photos are not representative of the apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at City stay prime. The location of this hotel is excellent. All the staff are friendly very helpful and polite. The apartments are very well maintained and spacious. We would definitely return to these apartments

Dirty and Old
Myself and two friends booked the two bed, 1 king, 2 twin room. The apartment was not clean at all, carpets were not vacuumed well, crumbs all over, along with dust and hair. The bathroom showers (both bathrooms) were moldy and black along the cracks. Called housekeeping, and they attempted to clean then sent a man to re-cork the bathrooms, but it was just a mess and smelled. Apartment was a great size.

The only let down was the safe and the iron did not work, They should’ve checked this before we check in, also the kitchen utensil was not cater for cooking for example i there was no scissors tin opening,no Sieves & Colanders other then that we had a excellent stay.

The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and quick to respond to any our needs. The hotel room was very spacious but the decor was a little outdated. However, I enjoyed my staff and felt safe and comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel truly amazing, the location perfect for all attractions in Dubai. They having plenty of private car parking which was very helpful. House keeping was very good and all staff were very friendly to us. Overall we are very happy and will recommend to my friends in future.

Nice hotel close to Mall of Emirates
Hotel doesn't look all that from the outside but inside the rooms are very nice and modern decor. Housekeeping were very polite, friendly and professional. Wi-Fi not very good in the rooms, not all of us could connect at the same time (5 of us). Near to Mall of emirates, metro and big bus. Also near by were places to eat that were reasonably priced. Beauty salon and barbers outside the hotel...so treated myself to massage, pedicure and had my hair done!

Good.Generally a clean place to stay and good for big families. Also it being a serviced apartment is very good as place is daily tidied. Very near the Mall of Emirates which is convenient as you can easily find food there and also Carrefour is within the Mall.

Good place
Overall, it was good and comfortable. Really close to the mall of the emirates and easy to get taxis. The downsides were: our visitor wasn’t allowed in, there was no buffet breakfast; the pool, gym & sauna opened late at 10am and closed early at 8pm. Nevertheless, it was a good experience.

Good location
Pluses: good location, near Mall of Emirates and metro station, nice staff, very clean, nice pool on top of hotel. Minuses: very cold, got back to a room of 17 degrees Celsius, the AC is ridiculous in Dubai, make sure to tell the staff you don't want the AC so high, hard to warm it up (you can adjust the temp yourself), very loud - there was a construction going on right next door, but also the windows have no sound cancelling features at all, you can hear every car from the street. Maybe higher levels are better.
