Prima accomodatie,dichtbij Moe en metro. Check in ging snel,kwam in eenvoudige maar schone kamer.Badkamer is meer dan prima,in kamer heb je de beschikking over een koelkast,safe en airco.Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt,zag er wel erg druk uit iedere morgen.

Het hotel was op een afgelegen locatie, ontbijt buffet was prima, maar te kleine ruimte om een goeie doorstroom van gasten te hebben. Je werd binnen gelaten, maar stond met een vol bord te wachten tot er plek vrij kwam.

Het hotel was goed en er waren voldoende fasciliteiten. De ligging was goed omdat je via de mall of the Emirates makkelijk naar de metro kon. De kamers waren schoon genoeg. In de badkamer was er op sommige plekken schimmel.

Uitstekend hotel.
Erg prettig verblijf van 8 nachten gehad in Citymax Hotel Al Barsha, Dubai. Een gezellig sfeervol sport café, waar men ook mag roken. (voor mij helaas) Ontbijt en avond eten voortreffelijk. Compleet met zwembad(je) 21 ligstoelen. Bij een eventueel volgend bezoek, zou ik dit hotel, zeker weer willen boeken.

Goed en net hotel vlak achter de Emirates Mall
Inchecken ging vrij vlot. Omdat ik in de ochtenduren aankwam, kon ik niet gelijk inchecken, maar wel mijn bagage achterlaten en ze gaven aan hoelaat mijn kamer beschikbaar zou zijn. Als je het hotel uitloopt en schuins links oversteekt ben je al in de Emirates mall, waar je goed kunt ontbijten, lunchen en dineren. Terug naar het hotel op de aangegeven tijdstip was de kamer inderdaad klaar en kon in me opfrissen. Er staat elke dag een flesje water klaar. Kamer is van normale grootte. Beddengoed schoon en het bed slaapt lekker. Koelkast aanwezig op de kamer. Het water van zowel de badkamer als de wasbak liep niet zo goed door. Dat werd na een telefoontje naar de receptie binnen 10 minuten verholpen. Enige minpunt was dat het hotel aangeeft op de site dat de luchthaventransfer 125 AED kost, terwijl het personeel het bedrag van 175 AED aangaf. Een behoorlijk verschil en ik had het gevoel in de maling te worden genomen. Dus kies gewoon voor een government taxi met een meter. Ik heb 90 AED betaald. Deze taxi`s stoppen ook gewoon voor het hotel (herkenbaar aan een roodgekleurde dak). Tevens is het reizen met de metro ook goed te doen. In de Emirates Mall bevindt zich een metrostation, waar ook veel bussen stoppen. Het is ongeveer zo een 750 meter lopen, maar goed te doen via de mall.

Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding
Dit hotel is wat mij betreft een grote aanrader. Voor een relatief lage prijs krijg je een nette hotelkamer (geen luxe, maar wel een prima kamer) in een hotel slechts twee minuten lopen van de Mall of the Emirates. Het hotel heeft verder goede voorzieningen (gym, zwembad). Het ontbijtbufftet heeft een vrij ruime keuze maar de kwaliteit van het eten is niet bijzonder hoog. Groot pluspunt is dat het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Kortom: dit hotel is - zeker gezien de prijs - een aanrader.

Op verkoelende afstand van de metrohalte.
De basis van het hotel is goed. Maar verwacht niet teveel. Het hotel is redelijk goed onderhouden maar kan echt beter, dit merk je zeker aan de airco die het niet heel erg goed deed. De kamer tempratuur was 34 graden en buiten 47, erg warm. De kamer ruikt muf, maar ondanka dat doet het fris aan. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat ik persoonlijk een pluspunt vond: weinig russen. Daardoor was het vrij rustig. Door dat je achter de Mall of the Emirates zit, kun je via de mall naar de metro halte! Scheelt al gauw een nat voorhoofd van het zweten.

Prima hotel vlakbij Mall of the Emirates
We zijn hier één nacht geweest (jong stel) en zijn erg tevreden over dit hotel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en is bereid overal bij te helpen. Zo boden ze zelf aan om onze reservering voor de Burj Khalifa en boarding passes uit te printen, wat zeer handig was. De kamer was netjes, leuk ingericht en had zelfs uitzicht op de Burj Khalifa! Bovendien is het heel stil en sliep het bed heerlijk. Op het dak is een lekker zwembad, vanwaar je ook een mooi uitzicht alle kanten op hebt. Echt een aanrader dit hotel; uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Perfecte locatie
Het is een prettige hotel om te verblijven. Het is in het centrum van alles dus je kan overall snel komen met een taxi of metro. De mall is dichtbij dus dat is wel handig. Er zijn maar 2 minpunten voor mij en dat is dat je maar 1 kussen krijgt per bed (ik slaap liever met 2). En de WIFI in onze kamer was zeer slecht. Zo slecht dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken. Je moet extra betalen voor snelle internet maar helaas konden wij niet eens op de wifi komen tenzei we buiten onze kamer stonden omdat de connectie zo slecht was.

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kramer was krap, weinig opberg mogelijkheden en zeer krappe badkamer. Het eten was wisselvallig. Weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad, welke ook geen sfeer uitstraalt. Wel goeie Wifi en altijd taxi's voor de deur.

Hotel is central gelegen, dicht bij Mall of Emirates. Bus en metro dicht bij hotel. Als je niet in het hotel wil eten, kan je in de buurt van alles en nog wat eten. Veilige buurt. Shuttle service naar strand voor 5 euro, parasol, koeltas, strandmat en badlaken te huur.

Citymax Hotel Al Barsch ligt zeer dichtbij de shoppingmall. Het is een nieuw hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk. Het dakzwembad is klein maar prettig, helaas te druk. Regelmatig geen plaats aan het zwembad. Kamers zijn klein en karig ingericht. Badkamer is klein. Ruimtes zijn wel praktisch en comfortabel ingericht. Goed bed. Hotel is op loopafstand van de metro

Hotel located very close to the Mall of the Emirates (just across the road). Downside is traffic can be bad at peak times. Rooms on the small side, but adequate and very clean. Two bars onsite (one sports and one with live music) both reasonably priced (for Dubai). Hotel breakfast also reasonably priced (for Dubai) - but hot choices a little limited. Roof top pool nice size (15m) and very clean, only downside is limited sun bed space. Owing to Covid, only 12 at a time permitted in the pool area on sunbeds (with no more than 8 of those in pool).

What is unique about this property is the location and sports bar. I didn't like the towels, they were too old, the room was tiny in conoarison to other rooms that seem more spacious, the bathroom was poorly installed and my safe didn't work. Honestly i am never going back after this second time.

Neighborhood of Mall of Emirates. Budget friendly
The hotel is accessible via metro: you have to go through the Mall of Emirates to the entrance D (near the food court) and go straight through the car park, past the street at the traffic lights, turn left and now you've got only about 180 steps to the doorstep of the hotel. I met very positive people at the desk, I still think it is very important to respect each other. Before you start showering, do check if the shower tray drain is not covered (closed). Some could have heard / felt an annoying low frequency sound in the evenings probably originated from neighboring facility. If you visit Dubai as a tourist, it will not prevent you from sleep after long sightseeing... The safe is big and your notebook will fit it well. It is located over the fridge, which gives the result of somehow warming of objects inside it. Maybe the breakfast does not give a big choice of meals, you have to remember, though, that this is a 3, not 5 star hotel. Perhaps the immediate vicinity is not extremely distinguished, but you may find a number of restaurants / bars; the shopping centre with a hypermarket (its name started with the "L") is about 500m distance.

Warm and friendly
Great staff nice team. Very comfy bed, decent sized room, desk and occasional table and comfy chair. Rooms cleaned daily. Good coffee shop in foyer and nice sports bar. Service was excellent. Great location for shopping and eating out close to metro station. Good free wifi.

I have stayed in so many hotels in Dubai but this is the worst hotel I have seen so far. I made the booking through Expedia for my friends, I even called the hotel twice to tell them that I made the booking under my name but my friends will stay there. At the check-in they couldn’t find the reservation that was confirmed when I called first, so the make a new booking for my guests charged him 176 Aed and also charge my card for the reservation they couldn’t find when my guests was checking-in. Nothing is complimentary in this hotel, slippers is 5aed, dental kit is 3aed and water is 2aed. The rooms are so small. Will never stay in this hotel ever nor recommend it to anyone. Worst hotel😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
