Absoluut niet heengaan !!
Een hele smerige stinkende kamer. Vele schimmels in de badkamer, zowel plafond, als vloer als kit naden. Personeel is erg stug en nors. Als je hun aanspreekt op hun tekortkomingen worden ze duidelijk geïrriteerd.

Een zeer service gericht hotel, erg vriendelijk! Na de werkzaamheden (vooraf gewaarschuwd) helemaal geen last van gehad. Het enige wat een beetje vervelend was, was de moskee die om 06.00 af ging. Voor de rest een uitstekend hotel, in een levige omgeving en buiten de stad. Binnen 15M in de stad met een taxi. Dit was voor mijn een uitstekende plek om heel Dubai te bekijken.

Zeer verouderd
Hotel is erg verouderd en de kamers (vooral badkamer) zouden wel een opknapbeurtje kunnen gebruiken. Helaas geen lounge waar je wat later in de avond nog wat kunt drinken. Bar bij het zwembad was gesloten.

Nice hotel with very nice staff. I had an upgrade and I loved my room. Metro Station Deira City Center and The Deira Mall are very close walking distance. By the Red Line metro you get to Burj Khalifa in 20min. You have all you need in the neighborhood. The Pool was also very nice.

The property is a little above average, it was fine to me, the only problem I had is the elevator, as you have to wait 3 minutes on average for the elevator because they only have three elevators, one is dedicated for the service and yet the service staff seems to prefer to use the other two.

The hotel is located in a very active area, the heart of the city, even the metro station is very near, I'd like to thank the front desk staff who made the check in for me on 15th of June early in the morning, I forgot his name but he was the only staff in duty that morning, he was very professional, he accepted to do early check-in for me because I arrived 8:00am very tired after an overnight flight, he was very helpful then he called me to the room after check in to make sure that everything is OK. Easy to get to from the airport via the metro or fairly cheap in a taxi. Lots of dining options around and a large mall located 2 mins away. Nice pool which has the sun for most of the day.

The hotel was okay. Although in my first room there were fruit flies everywhere, everyday. My mother, and I stayed in a deluxe double suite but when my mother left, I moved to a single room. But when they moved me to the new room, the room wasn’t clean. There was dust everywhere. Also the room service was very slow through out my whole trip. They came very late. It sometimes would take about 2 hours for the food to arrive. Overall the location was great, and the experience was fine.
