AC wasn’t working and when I booked the hotel it’s with continental breakfast but they staff on the reception said that there was no breakfast fast so I have to pay but at the end of my stay I ask them and they told me I didn’t book also there was no breakfast including online booking too after along conversation they told me my booking show breakfast

DO NOT stay here. Property was very dirty. Most amenities were not working. You have to wait 10 minutes for hot water, then it runs out. Kitchen was very dirty with fruit flies everywhere. Dirt in corners everywhere. I was so disgusted I left after one night of my four night stay. Manager was very rude and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Firstly the property is super old . Beds in that hotel are horrible and very uncomfortable . Hardly any staff speaks English . Shower was broken which had to get replaced so had to wait 1 day of the stay without shower in UAE humid weather and bathroom are so tiny have to squeeze myself to get inside .

Horrible in every way shape and form
We arrived at the property around 2am. No one was at the hotel front desk. We had to call out loud for someone to come to the front desk. After that, we went through the checkin process. There was no one there to assist with our luggage.
Once we arrived to our room, the lights were not working and everything was extremely old and unsanitary. We went to the lobby to inform them. They then looked at us like we were stupid and said that we need to put the room keycard in the slot for the light to work. At this point we had it and informed them that we will not be staying. We asked for a refund and they refused to oblige. Horrible in every way shape and form.

The room we had was a three bedroom apartment with three bathrooms. Nice water view with two balconies. they clean your room anytime you ask them too, fresh towels, only three at a time for some reason. This is a nice place to stay with a big family if your on a long trip. Its about 30 mins from downtown dubai. Tons of super markets around and restaurants.

Минусы: в номере поймали пару мелких тараканов; про пляж не верно написано. До пляжа реально только на такси доехать, рядом нет;

They give us a room which is already occupied by someone else. After contacting the receiption they provided us with another room.

Very Poor service, hospitality, staff behaviour.
I stayed at this hotel in a two bedroom suite.
This hotel cannot be recommended at all for stay as I would myself will never go back to this hotel. The staff at the reception, housekeeping is too arrogant and rude to attend the guests. This hotel do not clean the rooms even if the request is made they do not bother at all to clean the rooms every day. During my stay of three days at the hotel the cleaning was done only on one day and neither the towels were provided or the staff cared to service the rooms. There is no room service at all as the hotel do not run cafeteria or kitchens. No supermarket or restaurant is around to serve anytime anytype of food or snacks. The hotel do not have left luggage facilities or the taxi on call service. These do not cooperate or offer to call the local taxis by phone. This is was a very horrible experience to stay at the hotel. There are many other properties which I could have stayed at the same price or better prices during this season of the year. I would rate this hotel as very poor in all the conditions except the ambience of the room is good when you first enter the room of the hotel.
