fijn hotel met goede ligging
Hotel is dichtbij metrostation Al Fahidi ( rode lijn), Meena Bazaar, en the Creek. Ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd. Enige minpunt zijn de donkere kamers door de architectuur van t gebouw. Personeel spreekt Engels en is zeer hulpvaardig. Zwembad en gym zien er goed uit. Ik heb een hele goede verblijf gehad. Het hotel biedt kosteloos transfers aan van hotel naar AirPort en vice versa.

Redelijk simpel hotel midden in oude gedeelte.
Goede ligging: loopafstand van de Greek en de halte van de hop-on,hop-op bus. Metro op tien minuten lopen. Zeer Arabisch gedeelte van de stad. Zwembad op het dak klein maar prima.

One of our room thermostat not working despite 2 hotel attempts. It was freezing cold the whole time. The other room, got king size bed despite reserving twin beds and insisting on it at front desk. Finally after 30 min of wait, they changed the room to twin beds.

Clean but area not inviting
A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. However, the area was not very pleasant and was quite dirty surrounded by electrical stores and take away shops. The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable with a nice breakfast buffet.

Great location and accessibility, but Customer service and food options could be improved. Very few vegetarian options in breakfast spread. In fact their quality of breakfast has gone down since my earlier visit to this hotel in 2017.

Sehr guter, täglicher Zimmerservice, Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist sehr international und abwechslungsreich, auch Mengenmäßig gesehen! Gute Lage, ÖPNV ist nie weiter weg als 10 Gehminuten - zahllose Geschäfte und Gastronomische Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Für den Preis ist das Hotel unschlagbar! Nicht gefallen hat mir der recht kleine Pool und es gibt da auch nur vier Sonnenschirme bei ca. 20 Liegen - Probleme sind da vorprogrammiert. Das Hotel kommt langsam in die Jahre, kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen sind schon vorhanden. Es ist sehr hellhörig dort, die Türen knallen oft laut zu, u.a. Geräuschen.

Staff very kind when Granddaughter became ill.They provided her with a special fruit plate. So kind. The only negative comment would be that the shower water could have been warmer.

Удачный отель для поездки на 2-4 дня
Отличный отель, с новым ремонтом и прекрасным обслуживающим персоналом. На всем протяжении поездки в любой момент любой сотрудник был готов помочь в любом вопросе, вплоть до того, что нас проводили к обменнику на другой улице. На крыше небольшой бассейн, лежаки, зонтики и бесплатные полотенца. Еда разнообразная. Уборка в номере каждый день. Единственное, мало шампуня и геля, всего по 1 тюбику на двоих. От метро не далеко, 7 минут пешком. В целом отель понравился. Обязательно вернемся сюда в следующем году.

A gem in the heart of old dubai
Located in the heart of But Dubai/Old Dubai this hotel is a true gem. A bit dated in room decor and conditions of bathroom and other fixtures, otherwise its a pleasant stay. The breakfast on the roof top restaurant has quite a few choices - Asian, indian and European hot and cold items. It also has its own parking for guests if you are bringing a car which is great since it is hard to find parking in this part of the city. Its minutes away from some key landmarks - Abra station to the old souks, bastakhiya and the Dubai museum and palace. Overall a really good experience and a pleasant stay.

Very nice
It’s a nice hotel in a great location in the historical district. The staff is friendly. I was not as satisfied with the room as on a previous visit - it was full of dust everywhere, and the walls could do with some restoration. The breakfast is superb with lots to choose from.

I requested 2 twin beds at the time of booking and at arrival. I understand its not a guarantee but at least try to accommodate. The receptionists try to ignore you as much as possible. My room was on the 3rd floor and the hallway gets pretty noisy at 12-1AM because of the restaurant. The restaurant closes at 11PM. I never had dinner there but heard the food is decent. The room service is good and price is reasonable. Hotel does offer buffet breakfast, food is so so. My shower was broken. The spray was all over the place. The water pressure and temperature is good. House cleaning did a good job with stacking up 2 free water bottles a day but did not replace towels. There isn't much English channels, maybe 3/4. The hotel has a sewer smell and they try to mask it with something but the smell isn't favorable. And my main complaint was the sounding calls (12AM and 4AM) for prayer from the nearby mosque, plus music playing in the middle of night for hours. Make sure to bring ear plugs. Lastly, the metro station is about a 15 minute walk. This isn't comfortable when the humidity is high and temps are at 106 degrees F. The bell boys and security do not assist with hailing a cab, they tell you to walk to the main street. The hotel does offer free shuttle bus service upon your depart from Dubai to airport but it only runs certain times of the day.

The hotel itself is very very clean, and good service and good staff . Its centrally located to access to local shopping and train station and late night eat outs and just to wonder around to see. Breakfast is exellent so much varities and eat as much as you want. Beautiful swimming pool. I have been to this hotel before 3 years ago. The only problem in this hotel is the wifi as its still not improved from last visit , and poor lighting in room that we were in . We only have bed side lights really and it feels dark . Thats the only reason why i would not visit this hotel again for these reasons . Its not an old building fairly new looking and well mainted. If they make these changes am sure this is the best hotel around.

Ho prenotato questo hotel a 625 euro compresa la mezza pensione e tutte le tasse previste dal luogo, e poi arrivo in hotel e mi trovo a pagare 720 euro, la ragazza della reception Meliza mi ha detto che la tariffa era cambiata. La cena della mezza pensione prevedeva una scelta di 4 menu, 1 cinese, 1 cinese vegetariano, 1 continentale, 1 indiano. Nel contesto personale pulizia e ristorante molto gentile.

Not the actual room that we saw in the website. It seems that the people there not being honest. Throughout our stayed there, none of the days we managed to get into swimming pool. No notice given to say that the swimming pool is under maintenance and so for. Very disappointed

Hotel with Service and Comfort.
We stayed 26-30March in this hotel. Located in old city- close to Metro station. Conjested area but ideally located for original taste of old Dubai. Modern city and beaches are located far away. Staff is friendly, premices are clean ,room service is good and breakfast is wide-ranged. Airport is reachable in 30-40mins with Metro. Special thanks to Mr Singh, Mr Saqeb(IT) and Ms Paris :)

O hotel é muito barulhento nos quartos da frente e alem disso ainda existia uma obra que atrapalhava demais o sono,,, O café da manha tambem não gostei,,,, O ponto forte do hotel são os seus funcionarios: atenciosos.
