Checkin moeizaam, veel onduidelijkheid bij personeel, kamer zou niet klaar zijn terwijl deze al vanaf dag voor aankomst gereserveerd was, toen opeens was er wel een kamer beschikbaar. Daarna borg betalen, wat daarna opeens niet meer hoefde omdat het alleen maar cash kon? Staat van het hotel is rommelig. Afwerking niet meer van deze tijd. Gehorig met straat geluid. Te weinig liften. Pluspunten: gratis parkeerplek in garage

The place is good located but the staff at the reception were not friendly at all. There is no friendly welcome and also horrible communication . I felt very unwelcome.. the other staff on the other hand were very friendly.

We had a very nice stay at Gevora hotel. The rooms were large. The pool had a nice view on the Burj Khalifa. Overall a recommendation if you are visiting Dubai.

Wat een fijn hotel, ligging is net buiten het centrum maar is via taxi makkelijk te bereiken. Erg mooie en grote kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Roofbar is echt een aanrader.

I have had an unforgettable stay. the rooms were super well cleaned every day. we had a nice view. personee was really nice and customer friendly. Normally I am not so fond of writing reviews. but I would like to highlight and thank three people. Namely dear Arun who helped us with everything. dear sara from the reception. And dear Kalyan Roy for his customer friendliness. We would like to come back just for you. very much doubts about taking a hotel in dubai. this is definitely recommended! the only drawback was that we could not immediately check in at 5:00 PM. we had a long flight and we already wanted to go to the center. so it took a little bit because our rooms were not clean.

Die Lage des Gevora Hotels ist einfach überragend. Direkt an der Sheik Zayed Road Dubai. Metro Verbindungen in der Nähe, Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, mit dem Auto einfach zu finden. Das Hotel ist wundervoll, besonders im 66. Stock mit Blick auf Burjh Khalifa, wo wir waren. 24 Stunden gibt es tolles Essen im Hotel. Das Skyview Restaurant auf der obersten Etage ist auch sehr sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich.

A beautiful hotel and the Highest hotel in the world… from the moment you walk in this hotel takes your breath away… you’re greeted by amazing staff like Joelle who must receive a raise for her amazing work and Ibrahim— the most delicious perfume shop in Dubai. It’s called Al Basata… ask Ibrahim or Said for a sample just mention my name, .. they will be happy to put the most delicious perfume on your wrist …. The staff are highly professional kind and you get a Family feeling. Also, the top Highest View restaurant ask for Mr. Ali he’s amazing..

Great hotel close to all attractions and near the subway/metro line to go anywhere else in the city. Attentive staff, breakfast buffet very good and the rooms clean and large. We had a room with Burj Khalifa view, excellent. Other guests were polite and private. Totally recommend to north americans and not only.

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe ist die Metro mit der man viele Orte erreichen kann. Burj Khalifa und Dubai Mall erreicht man mit der Metro in 3 Minuten. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemühen sich. Leider muss man immer lange auf den Aufzug warten, was mit der Zeit nervig ist. Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl sein. Wollten als Ehepaar auf der Dachterrasse etwas trinken und die Aussicht genießen aber es gibt Mindestverzehr von 150AED pro Person (leider auch für Hotelgäste) was ich sehr schade finde. Die Schränke stinken modrig und im ganzen Zimmer gibt es nur zwei europäische Steckdosen (eine davon hat aber nicht funktioniert).

Vietimme 2 viikon loman tässä upeassa hotellissa lapseni kanssa. Henkilökunta oli kaikkialla todella ystävällinen ja hotellihuone oli erittäin viihtyisä ja siisti. Hotellihuoneen ikkunoista oli upeat näkymät. Sijainti oli myös todella hyvä, kaksi metroasemaa hotellin molemmilla puolilla ja pieniä kauppoja sekä ravintoloita lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hotellilta. Suosittelen lämpimästi ja tulisin tänne uudelleen.

Super Hotel 👍 aber was schlecht ist ist das man eine min. Konsum haben muss wenn man oben in die bar / restaurant will (auch wenn man ja schon Kunde ist im Hotel). Beispiel man will was trinken muss aber für min. 200 konsumieren 😅 Blödsinn... darum ist es ja auch leer 🤔... Sonst aber top !!!

Overall a very good property. Staff was amazing and friendly. Cons: the elevators are extremely slow and quite inconvenient. Housekeeping lightly tidied the rooms daily. Would have appreciated a more thorough clean. Had to ask for fresh towels as they always left us with the same used ones after they “cleaned” . Other than that the hotel is in a great location. Very accessible to many of Dubai’s main attractions.
