Prima hotel, alleen beetje een klein zwembad.
Eerste keer dat ik in een Hilton zat, helaas was Hilton Jumeirah nog veel en veel groter en mooier, daar ook veel geweest, aan het strand gelegen en gegeten. Bij Hilton Dubai Creek, het ontbijt, lunch en dinner meegemaakt en dat was allemaal prima. Lekker exclusief hotel, niet al teveel gasten en buiten de drukte van de stad.

goed hotel met super service
super groot balkon! behulpzaam personeel. table 9 is een heerlijk restaurant, met eten en wijn van hoog niveau. je kamer upgraden naar de executive floor is echt de moeite waard! het gratis eten in de executive lounge is nog lekkerder dan in the glasshouse/ hotel restaurant. en alle voordelen van de executive lounge vonden wij heel fijn. we konden savonds lekker buiten zitten op loungebanken met ons eten en genieten van het uitzicht. dat kon boven bij de zwembad bar ook wel (daar is het uitzicht nog mooier) maar is alles een beetje krap naar mijn idee. we zijn elke dag geweldig geholpen, in het speciaal door Tejman en Janine. bedankt!!

Goede service in een centraal gelegen hotel
DE service in dit hotel is zeer attend. Wij hadden bij het inchecken laten weten geinteresseeerd te zijn in en safari en werden daar de volgende morgen op een comfortabele tijd door de concierge aan herinnerd en vervolgens werd alles in het werk gesteld om het te regelen. De nieuwste hotels worden niet meer in deze buurt neegepland, maar je zit hier veel centraler dan bv de marina of de palm als je wat meer wilt doen dan alleen op het strand hangen. Executive lounge viel wat tegen, vooral het ontbijt was vrij beperkt.

Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Ruime, nette kamer en badkamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Locatie goed voor bezoek oud stadsgedeelte, minder voor nieuwe stad en strand. Slechte wifi-verbinding.

Hotel from Hell
Afgrijselijk. Bij aankomst kregen we hautain verkondigd dat het hotel overboekt was en dat de gast in onze kamer langer bleef. We konden daardoor pas om half zes in onze €400 kamer. Op aandringen kregen we compensatie in de vorm van een diner. Dat was in de ontbijtzaal, terwijl rondom ons het servies werd neergezet voor de volgende ochtend. Het eten was slecht. De volgende ochtend kregen we te horen dat er geen water was. We kregen een emmer koud water met een maatbeker erin om ons te wassen. Dat is Hilton Dubai.

Did not really like the hotel from the first moment on. The steel and glass look is not my thing. People are very friendly, but I just cannot understand the expensive WIFI package. High price for use in your room AND for every device separate. Ridiculous. Escape is the 'executive upgrade' but then still no wifi in the room. For me absolutely a show stopper. No Hilton anymore for me.

Top notch hotel in Deira!
I went to Dubai due to business and needed to stay in Deira. The hotel has very nice, clean rooms. Though Banyas road is close, there was no sound inside. Great view towards Dubai creek and further towards Burj Khalifa. I was checked in by Kristina. Very different from all other hotels I have checked in on. She took time to go through amenities, what the hotel could offer - VERY THOROUGHLY. This is HIGHLY appreciated. The rooms are very big and spacious. hotel is close to Al Rigga road also. I will be back.

Good hotel in good place
Nice hotel in a very good location. The rooms are extra spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, the bathroom is large with bath and shower and large mirrors. The mattresses have the right stiffness. The west-facing rooms overlook the mosque, and people with a lighter night's sleep can be awakened in the morning by prayer. Breakfasts are standard but with excellent coffee, due to Covid's measures the served buffets is a bit annoying (not self-service). The rooms only have local (English) sockets, not the EU (promised as part of a forthcoming renovation). There is a really nice view from rooftop pool & bar. We were unconditionally satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness.

More like a noisy 2 star motel
Not as an average Hilton. Very small, dirty, not comfy, very noisy inside and out (Mosque across the road so prepare to wake up very early). The service is the worse part. Do not recommend at all. More like a 2 star motel.

Pleasant stay in excellent Hotel
Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed everyday with good breakfast. Room was with scenic view giving live movements of boats in creek and live traffic on Banyas Street. Location of the Hotel is very close to Union station and Metro Bus Station from where one can go anywhere in Dubai and Dubai Taxi at the Door round the Clock. Hotel staffs were very well mannered, caring and very much helpful. All services were beyond at par. Room housekeeping was on call basis whenever we wanted. No disturbance at all. Overall stay was memorable and highly recommended for next stay.

Everyone in this hotels tries to welcome you Breakfast is nice. We were given free excess To executive lounge upon checkin, Nice Touch. This hotel is great for business & also accommodates family with free use of their Sister hotel on the Walk Hilton private beach & pool which kids enjoyed. Over all good stay if you can find a deal
