Het is een mooi, schoon hotel. Personeel is heel attent en behulpzaam. Veel opties om te eten, heerlijk zwembad met poolbar. Kamers schoon en groot. We hebben genoten en ik kan echt niets bedenken dat niet goed was!

the only negative thing is that the taxi has to take a long way to get off the Palm. And extra restaurants are not very elegant. But hotel is very good.

We are frequent visitors of this lovely hotel. Each visit proves to be better than the previous one. Especially the kind service and great facilities contributed to our holiday. Special thanks goes to Asmae and Soumia for their kind service. They were always available and fulfilled all our wishes. Asmae and Soumia truly made our stay. We recommend this hotel to everyone. We cannot wait to visit it once again.

Top hotel op de Palm, heel vriendelijk, ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en boven op het dakterras is er een uitstekend restaurant/bar BARFLY met prachtig uitzicht. Een echt aanrader!!

Locatie is top, aan gezellige boulevard en prachtig uitzicht op skyline. Kamers lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden met zijn 5-en Connecticut rooms, mooi zwembad inclusief leuke poolbar. Ontbijt super uitgebreid en goed. Eigenlijk was ons hele verblijf aan een stuk door genieten.

Fantastic hotel, clean, great location on the Palm, and staff/service superb. Only downside was the noise until 2-3am from the Claw BBQ, which was directly below our room.

Although a great hotel in terms of presence and location. The reception staff here are incompetent and borderline rude. There are three tiers of rooms, road view, partial sea view, and full sea view. I paid for a full sea view room, was given an obstructed view of the sea which you can only see once you step onto the balcony. When I brought this up to the staff, in fact the manager they said there’s no such thing as a partial sea view (which is an outright lie - try searching the options for rooms on Expedia). They then asked me to come back in 3 hours for the room change which I did, and the new room still wasn’t ready (!) and to come back in another 2 hours! To which I spoke to the manager again who finally changed it. Was promised a porter to come and help with the luggage who never arrived. Infact when we went to the old room to collect the luggage ourselves, the door had been left wide open with our belongings all on display! Upon checkout I gave this feedback and the reception staff still insisted that there’s no such thing as a partial sea view room and that they did us a favour by moving room. It’s just plain rude and incompetence. You need to check how your price and advertise your rooms! Why was I given an option to pay for a full sea view room which is more expensive than the partial then? Are you duping me? I won’t be booking here ever again!

New modern hotel in dubai
New hotel. Modern, comfortable rooms in a large hotel. Great service and nice amenities. One negative was the buffet breakfast was overcrowded during the business holiday season and there was a long wait.

The hotel is very well located in West Beach, plenty of dining options around. The grounds and rooms are impecable. Only downside for us was the breakfast which although had plenty of options lacked quality, flavour and local alternatives. All other restaurants are very good!

Negatief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
a little bit disappointed!the balcony view is no good, opposite side is hotel rooms, staff told me that no room can be changed, i paid around HKD6,928 for two nights, i think that it is not worth to booking.
