Good hotel!
A good hotel I stayed in for a week. The room was and especially the bathroom was more spacious than I thought. The room was clean and the airconditioning did his job. The only minor thing was that the receptionist didn't told us that we needed to scan our keyroom in the elevator to activate it so we could get up to our floor. We only discovered it after 15 minutes because another guest went into the elevator and scanned his keyroom. A slight but important detail.

Super!
Het hotel ligt op een efficiënte plek voor toeristen. Op 5 minuten loopafstand is de metro die je naar alle hotspots van Dubai brengt. De Dubai Mall/Dubai fountain en Burj Khalifa (place to be) zijn maar 3 haltes verder op en ook the Mall of the Emirates en Dubai Marina zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Een metro ritje kost tussen 3-5 AED. Liever gratis reizen? Er is een shuttlebus die je naar de Dubai Mall/Mall of the Emirates of het strand brengt en weer ophaalt. Vraag naar de tijden bij de receptie, deze geven ze niet uit zichzelf. Verwacht dus niet te veel van de service bij de receptie. Als je iets wilt moet je er zelf om vragen. Housekeeping is geweldig!! Ontzettend vriendelijk, goed gemanierd en elke dag top schoonmaak. Al met al, kom met 0 verwachtingen en dan zal je het hotel + de service als mega luxe ervaren. Echt een aanrader!

Efficient hotel
At first I got a non-smoking room that was maltreated with smoking by the previous guest. Changing the room was no problem, that was good. On departure day the reception said the storage was full. Therefore, it was not possible to leave my luggage and pick it up end of the day. I suggested to use any other space to store luggage, but that was not possible. Finally, I took a taxi to drop my luggage somewhere else.

Dicht bij WTC gelegen, tamelijk nieuw hotel.
Bij een vroege aankomst wordt er geen enkele moeite gedaan om de kamer eerder beschikbaar te stellen. Ontbijt is het geld niet waard. Geluidsoverlast door het 's nachts schoonmaken van de kamers naastven tegenover.
