Super hotel /apartments near by the emirates mall
We had a great time here, the staff is great and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. We surly going here again and again.

Leuk hotel. Lekker ontbijt
Mooi ietwat gedateerd hotel. Hierdoor zijn de kamers wat lastig goed schoon te maken/houden. Ligging ten opzichte van de Mall of Emirates is top. Rust vind je er helaas op dit moment bijna niet omdat ze rondom van alles aan het bouwen zijn vanaf 07.00 uur tot middernacht. (Zie foto genomen vanaf zwembad op t dak)! Je hoort getimmer, hijskranen en veel buldozers. Het ontbijt is meer dan prima. Het personeel doet alles voor je en zijn allemaal ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Vraag ‘t en ze regelen ‘t! Voor mij voorlopig geen IVORY, maar dat komt omdat ze rondom aan het bouwen zijn. Als t klaar is dan zal ik beslist een keer terug komen. Foto plaatsen lukt helaas niet maar is van bouwval pal naast t hotel. De werkers kijken zo op t zwembad en maken veel herrie! Expedia.... nog een kleine mening over jullie service. Ik ben zeer slecht geholpen door een medewerker. Deze was erg star tot ‘t belachelijke toe. Ik heb noodgedwongen de telefoon op moeten hangen en opnieuw moeten bellen met de hoop een andere telefoniste aan de lijn te krijgen. Eentje die me wel verder wilde helpen!

Top locatie. Op loopafstand van de Emirate Mall, ontbijt was ook een aanrader en een prachtig zwembad met fitness ruimte op het dak Volgende keer zonder twijfels weer naar ivory. Groeten vanuit Nederland

cleanliness issue
The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room.

The appartment was very smelly, the sofa smelled very bad that I was afraid to sit on it. I was hearing the soind of water in the pipes and specially when any room around me was flushing. The hotel staff were very unprofessional. It was a very bad experience

Very comfortable stay ..quit spacious apartment with daily regular room service..staff were very friendly, impressed by politeness and professionalism of staff in reception and restaurant especially, Shahzad and Yosry in restaurant… My only adverse comment is on extra beds’ charges .very much overpriced . Gym and swimming pool facility were always clean and opened for long hours..very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Mall if Emirates and a lot of nearby restaurants

Family oriented
Amazing hotel highly recommended for families, we stayed a 2 bedroom apartment. My kids were playing in the living room as they if we they were at home. Beds were good, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed needed. Reception was excellent and service as well. Parking area in the basement is nice. Grocery delivery is near by and emirate mall is 5 min by walk. Only thing you need to remember is if your eating breakfast at the restaurant you need to wake up early to find a table before 9 am.

Bon emplacement près du mall Emirates. Piscine chauffée donc nickel pour un mois de février. Horaires de la piscine et de la salle de gym très bien.

Good location, great price for the area. Spacious rooms. Needed more basic things stocked - more coffee, toilet paper, and they didn't have wash clothes. I would stay here again though.

Fantastic ! We were given a suite which was amazing and more than we expected and really was huge and luxurious we loved it ! The Staff were great except for one :( The only let down was the last night when we were kept awake by lots of noise we think from the service rooms next to us.....shame as everything else was fab.

Çok temiz değildi ve kalabalıktı. Kahvaltıda çeşit azdı ve oturacak masa sorunu vardı. Hotels.com konaklama antlaşmamızda belirlenen turizm ücretini 70 aed yerine 140 aed ödemek zorunda bırakıldık. Check in esnasında bu nedenle çok bekledik ve supervisor çok kabaydı. Otelin ulaşım için sağladığı shuttle imkanı çok kısıtlı. Emirates Mall çok yakın ancak yürüme mesafesi 15 dakika civarı ve yol turistler için hiç güvenli değil...

Nice to stay in an apartment. A nice kitchen with lots of space, all the things you need in a kitchen and also an own washingmachine. We liked the room! The staff was wery nice and polite, all of them. One day at the pool I saw a child that lost control in the water. The lifeguard rescued the child out of the water so fast that i didnt even get out of my chair (it wasn’t my Child). We liked this hotel and might come back again.
