Personeel in overvloed dus zou er bediening op strand moeten zijn.Bij ULTRA all inclusive arrangement zouden er geen beperkingen qua gerechten/drankjes moeten zijn. Drankjes inclusief tot middernacht is erg kinderachtig. Handdoekenbeleid (langer dan uur afwezig en ze zouden handdoeken weghalen staat op de bordjes) wordt niet gehandhaafd. Dat gasten handdoeken vroeg in de ochtend al op de bedjes leggen om vervolgens te verdwijnen, zou verboden moeten zijn.

Het hotel is wat verouderd. (er wordt een nieuwe naast gebouwd momenteel) Goede bestemming voor families met kinderen. Direct aan het strand. Goed eten in de verschillende (7) restaurants. Complex is gedeeld met JA Tree Court. Je kan daarvan niet alle faciliteiten gebruiken. JA Tree Court bestaat uit laagbouw in een parkachtige omgeving (heel mooi). Je kan beter in het Tree Court zitten dan in het beachhotel gedeelte.

Leuk Hotel maar is best afgelegen
Leuk hotel en erg gast vrij. Ik kwam ruim 5 uur te vroeg en ze hadden al een kamer vrij voor me. Hotel is erg afgelegen maar heeft genoeg faciliteiten.

Favorite sportive Dubai destination
We like this Dubai destination because Jebel Ali offers a wide range of sport facilities. In particular we like to do Wake boarding. [Watersports center Water cooled is located on the premises] But there is lot's more. Direct private beach access, 4 pools, all kinds off water sports, horse riding, a gym, squash, tennis, a 9 hole par 36 golf course, shooting and I'm sure I forget something. Just outside the resort you find a go karting track. Off course you have easy access to all Dubai excursions. There are several high quality a la carte and buffet restaurants. For shoppers Jebel Ali offers free shuttle services. But to be honest... If you are a die hard shopper..this resort might not be the best choice. We recommend to hire a care during your stay to enjoy optimal freedom.

Heerlijke plek om te relaxen. Mooie kamers, veel extra's w.o. Badjas op kamer, elke ochtend de krant, een heerlijk zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Gratis bedjes, en handdoeken. Gratis shuttle naar verschillende Malls.

Excellent hotel!
My wife and I stayed in Jebel Ali Beach Hotel for two weeks. Excellent hotel! Perfect and clean rooms, very nice bathroom and a nice view (even the gardenview). Towels were changed 2/3 times a day! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help! Breakfast offered lots of choice. Different types of bread, fresh fruit, fresh juice, pastry's and much more! The animals were lovely and the hotelgarden was perfect for a nice walk. The hotel is approx. 40km from downtown Dubai. We used a rental car which was perfect. The ride to the Mall of the Emirates took just 20min, the ride to the Dubai Mall took about 30 minutes.

Nice clean rooms, good staff and good food
I was positive surprised about the service and help of the staff. I got a upgrade to the a room in the villas. Room was clean, bathroom was very clean, towels were soft and not like in some other hotels 20years old. The air-condition was working good and not disturbing for sleeping. Diner in buffet and breakfast was like a 5 star hotel. In the bar, in the evening you will have always a good ambient with the other guest around the piano and a live performance. I will book this hotel again without any discussion on my next visit in Dubai.

Good price-quality ratio
Taking into account that Dubai is an expensive holiday destination, the all inclusive package that Jebel Ali offers is a real good deal. My husband and me very much liked the buffet restaurant with a different theme every night. We also appreciated the Italian and the seafood restaurant as well as the Captains bar. Food of very good quality and variety, wine also fine, terrific service and nice atmosphere. The hotel grounds are beautiful and so are the many peacocks walking freely around. More than enough dekchairs. It is a pity, however, that the seaview does not convey a holiday feeling, as you look at an industrial port and pontons. The Canadian and Filipino bands are great fun, allowing us to dance away the weight gain! Shuttle service very convenient. The hotel crowd consisted mostly of Russian, Arabic and British families with young children.

Uitstekend gelegen resort buiten de stad Dubai. ligging direct aan de zee, met vele faciliteiten o.a golfen, tennisbanen en diverse zwembaden, oa zoutwaterbad. Vele uitstekende restaurants. Gratis vervoer van en naar Dubai met hotel shuttle.

Prima hotel voor redelijke prijs.
Gezien het grote aanbod aan hotels, is het op afstand moeilijk te bepalen waar je terecht komt, Onze ervaring overtrof de verwachtingen in alle opzichten. Dichtbij Dubai city, maar toch geen last van de overlast van een stad. De stad is zeer goed bereikbaar met gratis bus vervoer van het hotel. Uitstekend hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en alles voortreffelijk georganiseerd. Uitstekende voorzieningen veel zwembaden, direct aan het strand gelegen, vele uitstekende restaurants en bars van zeer goede kwaliteit. Hoewel niet vermeld in de brochure (vind ik een tekortkoming) konden wij daar heerlijk tennissen op 4 tennisbanen.Tevens staat het hotel bekend om de golf faciliteiten. Kortom een aanrader.

Voor iedereen geschikt
Een heerlijk hotel,schoon, zeer aardige bediening, ontzettend veel mogelijkheden heerlijk zonnen op ligbedden mooi strand waar je prima kunt zwemmen en zeilen, diverse eetgelegenheden voor ieder wat wils. Ontbijt is super , transfer naar shoppingmall gratis vanaf hotel op diverse tijden. Kortom genoeg te doen 1 min puntje de kamers zijn gehorig en de airco werkt niet of nauwelijks en jammer dat je niet op het balkon kan zitten want daar zijn ze te klein voor. Maar voor jong en oud zeer geschikt, genoeg te doen prima verzorgt ik zou wel terug willen!!

Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel. Super Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Touren können sogar vor Ort gebucht werden und auch bei großer Entfernung zu den malls sind die taxi Preise erschwinglich. Etwas verwirrend anfangs mit den verschiedenen All in Varianten aber wenn man lesen kann dann kommt man sehr einfach und gut zurecht. Etwas mehr Gehwege wären hilfreich für Kinderwagen, aber nicht schlimm da drauf geachtet wird das kein Auto schnell fährt. Essen ist auch sehr gut.

I had a disappointing check-in experience at the hotel. As an Expedia gold member, I was expecting to receive an upgrade, subject to availability. Surprisingly, there was an available upgrade, but the hotel staff informed me that I needed to be a gold member with their specific program. I requested, at the very least, a room with a view, highlighting my status as an Expedia gold member. However, the receptionist signed me up for their membership, even though I already had a membership with Expedia. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, with an excessive amount of paperwork to sign. While the hotel itself was decent, I believe there is room for improvement in their services. They should be more accommodating to guests who come from different platforms with various memberships. It's disheartening that, despite being a loyal Expedia member since 2010, I was treated in such a manner simply because I didn't make a direct reservation with the hotel.

Staff are wonderful, Mani at the pool bar, Adkil at Vasco de gama and all staff in the sports bar ans restaurants. Plenty of options for pools, lots of sun beds and the resort is very clean. Unfortunate to have the building work going on, would have been better doing this in the summer with kess oeople around.

2005 yılından beri bazen senede 2 kere gittiğim jebel ali beach hotel bu yılki kadar rezalet bir hizmet sunmamıştı.rezalet bir kahvalti sistemi hijyen kurallarından tamamen yoksun garsonlar(yere düşen bıçağı tekrar servis eden)garsonlar gördük...klimalardan dolayı aşırı soğuk otel.yetersiz shuttle servisi...Tüm bu hijyensizliğin içinde corona olup ülkemize döndük...bu otel bir daha benim için bitmiştir....

Great place out of the way though it was close to small palm but was wrong. If I had checked I would have stayed closer to Dubai and Atlantis. Don’t have your clothes washed there they charge way too much.

An excellent and well needed break! Could ask to stay at a better resort for a relaxing fun time all in one. Staff in some areas could be more proactive / helpful (eg. Clearing plates quicker at breakfast etc). Sandbar, Sette and Bibe the real standouts from a great 10 days

NO COMPREN AHÍ ESTÁ LEJÍSIMOS DE TODO A 40 minutos del centro de Dubai Está en la palmera que dejaron incompleta, está en medio de la nada, el hotel está en malas condiciones, sus restaurantes están pésimos, la atención esta X Su vista es una burla Solo se ve construcciones y maquinaria y si eres VIP no te hacen ningún descuento ni acenso Además su restaurante “junto a la playa” No tienen nada más que opciones feas y obviamente no puedes comer en tu camastro como en cualquier vacacion, tienes que ir al restaurante Las albercas las cierran a las 6:30 pm Y después de eso no puedes andar por el hotel en top o chanclas

The resort was very pleasant! I was happily surprised by the quality of the good. Sometimes resort food can be hit or miss, but this resort had fantastic food! We chose the half-board option because we weren't planning on drinking much and it was a good deal. However, one thing I didn't realize is that some activities like kayaking are included with the full all-inclusive package, so that is something to consider when choosing your package. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would wish for is more available drinking water. The staff was very helpful when asked, but I would have much preferred stations with water bottles or water available to fill reusable bottles.
