De accomodatie was erg goed! Goede en rustige ligging, alleen moet je wel een auto huren dat maakt je veel mobieler. Een echte gezinshotel, ondanks dat het een grote hotel is met veel gasten, merk je er nauwelijks wat van. Een rustige strand met veel privacy. Het restaurant Shooters staat onnodig hoog aangeschreven. Het is een veel te duur restaurant met weinig kwaliteit en service. Ik zou adviseren om eerst de prijzen te bekijken in dit restaurant alvorens te reserveren. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd en niet te vergelijken met Het andere hotel Zabel Saraya. Voor de rest zeer aardig personeel. En qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding een goede keus.

Uitstekend hotel op relaxte lokatie!
Uitstekend hotel met alleraardigst personeel die alles in het werk stellen om je verblijf tot een waar genot te laten zijn. De lokatie van het hotel ligt achteraf, direct aan het strand. Met de gratis shuttlebus kun je op verschillende tijden naar verschillende locaties. Wij zijn voornemens om dit hotel binnen een jaar weer te bezoeken. Doch zullen we de kamer rechtstreeks bij het hotel boeken. Expedia heeft haar diensten niet geleverd die ze zouden moeten leveren. We zullen dan ook nimmer via expedia deze of een andere reis boeken. Het hotel krijg van ons een uitmuntende beoordeling. Expedia daarentegen de allerlaagste op de schaal van 1-10. Teleurstellend

Great stay!
We enjoyed every moment in this topklass hotel. Although it's not in Dubai, with a rental car you are in 20 minutes downtown Dubai. Staff is very kind and helpful. our daughter has an Gluten allergy they served us very well during the breakfast and dinners! Thanks for he great stay!

Het hotel is oké en niet meer dan dat, geen 5 sterren waard. Het personeel aan de receptie is weinig behulpzaam, op het onvriendelijke af. De ligging t.a.v. de stad Dubai is ongunstig; Met de taxi ongeveer 25 minuten naar JBR naar het vliegveld 45 minuten.

We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel.

The staff were great and always there to help. The watersports staff were especially helpful, fun and took the time to make it an easy and memorable experience! Few changes could make this an amazing resort. There is no convenient spot to just stop at anytime to have a snack or drink. There are time frames in which to do so and are not convenient, a hassle to be honest. It is far away from any excursions or attractions so unless you only want to stay on a resort I’d go elsewhere as it’s costly! Getting a buggy takes too long if they even come at all. Food was great when you can get it at the scheduled time frames. Overall ok as a resort but it’s not convenient and I didn’t feel it was organized well. Huge shoutout to the water sports staff. They were brilliant!

We are visiting this resort since more than 20 years. This time on arrival, I had to sign an agreement in which I confirmed that we will not bring any food, sweets or drinks into the resort despite the fact, that there was no kind of small store in the resort for buying a "Twix" or "Chips". I understand, that it's not allowed to bring or order meals from outside, but to bring in some sweets from the shopping tour....?! However, we decided then to eat always outside the resort during our stay and didn't consider the Restaurants in the Palm Tree Court at all. If that is the resorts policy, then they should mentioned that in the booking contract rather than let the guests sign such agreement on arrival. Thks for your attention. Brgds, Pat

A beautiful hotel with a choice of excellent restaurants. Lovely beach, only a little spoiled by the view onto the new palm construction site. Apart from a pleasant attendant from Nepal the beach attendants outside rooms 170 to 180 would do well smiling a bit more.

This was a perfectly ok hotel just not one we would repeat. All adequate, big room very sparsely furnished. Clean and moving to being environmentally friendly. Just too busy and loud.

Great for families
It's been a while since my family stayed at Palm Tree court and they've made some renovations which improved the resort. There are several new activities, including a splash park, an improved mini-golf, and an aviary. There's also a new pool. The rooms are spacious and comfy with the much-welcomed peacock visits at the terrace. Since it's only a 10-min drive from Dubai Marina, i highly recommend this for family staycations as there's a lot to keep the kids busy and yet it feels remote enough to feel like a holiday.

we loved the park like property design and gardening of the hotel. the buggy service was great, especially with kids. the food was outstanding and all outlets were good quality. The dining options as part of half board were amazing (14 outlets). the rooms are renovated and spacious. Only the AC was really cold and we needed to set it to 26 degree to have around 22 degree.

Noisy room
Our room was apparently next ta a compressorroom, which was extremely noisy 24/7. Also the peacocks which is a part of the resort, can be very noisy very early in the morning.
