Hi! We stayed here for a few days. The service was very good. We totally love the staff. The only part that can be improved is the elevator situation. It can get very busy at times and people don't wait nicely. Special shout out to Krishan & Rhitek & Faizel! (And of course the rest of the staff)

What I really like was the transfer pioneer luxury cars llc 24 hours pick and drop! They helped me a lot! Service desk was very nice! I was on the 20th floor to much noise in my room! Sometimes we had to wait 15 min for the lift pfff!

Great stay
I had a wonderful stay. I arrived at 7am at the hotel and instead of having to wait until 2 pm for a room, I got one at 9 am. I went to sundowners every evening for a drink. You can sit inside but you can also sit outside on this really nice terrace. They have happy hour until 9pm. The staff in general was great, but other staff at sundowners was particularly wonderful. I had had a drink at sundowners a year before, just before going to the airport. So I was there only a couple of hours. This time 2 waiters recognised me! (Arun and Dhyani). It was unbelievable! They even remembered where I sat last year. They were really friendly and efficient!! Paula and Shandon were also really nice and professional. There is a metro at walking distance from the hotel, a supermarket right next to the hotel. This was very convenient. A taxi to the airport was far less expensive than the airport transfer the hotel offers. When I booked an extra night I got an upgrade to a room with a balcony. In total, it was a great experience and I will stay there again next time.

it was for sure not 4* star worthy. Because what many people can agree upon is the elevator problem. People were waiting 10 minutes for just an elevator. Thats just ridiculous. Then the shape of the rooms were bad too. Bad seenable renovations. Cleaness of the hotel was not well too. The towels stank very much.

Fantastisch hotel
Hotel ligt dicht bij het openbaar vervoer en we hadden een fantastisch uitzicht over de skyline. Ontbijt was goed! Alleen soms moet je lang wachten voor de lift.

Het enige goede is niet ver van metro station !
Jammer de hotel als je net binnenkomt begint goed maar daarna begint de ellende ! Er zijn maar 2 liften !!! Je gaat minuten lang wachten totdat De lift bij je is !!! Je kan aan mensen gezicht zien hoe ze zich er aan ergeren je hebt net een lange reis en dan moet je heel lang wachten met lift tussen 08:00 tot avond is het alleen maar spitsuur lift :( wacht rijen voor lift ze hadden 4 liften in plaats van 2 liften moeten hebben ! Personeel is redelijk aardig maar dat is het dan ook ! De gangen zijn benauwd small dit in vergelijken met 4 points by Sheraton hotel veel beter en de kamer was ik helemaal geschrokken. Ik dacht dit doet me denken aan de kamer in een Chinese hotel zo kleine en te majestic het woord zegt het al je kan beter een Deense stijl hotel nemen dat is mooi maar deze donkere meubels van hout hadden geen uitstraling de douche kamer rook ook raar naar soort haar wax ? De douche kop was wel heel Goed lekker warm water straal met warme lucht druk dat was wel ok maar algemeen veel te kleine kamer vloer saai hout en tapijt in plaats van marmeren vloer als ik mijn vorige verblijf vergelijk 4 points by Sheraton hotel en de gangen naar hotel zeer small alsof je word plat geperst door de gangen van hotel :( vergelijk zelfde prijs verhouding met een straat er achter de four points by Sheraton hotel is deze super ruim en ruime grote kamers met zelfs 2 x 2 persoon bedden !!! In kamer ruime gangen naar kamers geen spitsuur liften ruime lobby !

Leuk hotel, ligt wel iets verder van het centrum. Wij hadden gevraagd naar een non smoking kamer maar kregen een smoking kamer, dit was volgens het personeel niet doorgekomen dit was een beetje jammer. Maar door het mooie uitzicht hadden we toch besloten in deze kamer te blijven. Verder mooi hotel, goed ontbijt alleen jammer dat er geen stoelen op het balkon aanwezig waren.

Zeer goed Hotel in Bur Dubai.
Het hotel is gewoon goed, alles er op en aan, de family suites een aanrader voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen, maar ook voor een lange zaken reis, super keuken en de altijd behulpzame housekeeping ff bellen en ze staan er voor je, ook lekker de grote flat screens in de slaapkamer en salon. Zwembad zeer goed en schoon, ook eten en drinken aan het zwembad is goed. Wij hebben er 14 nachten vertoeft en met plezier, erg rustige kamers, ik was veel weg mijn vrouw alleen doch ze heeft het naar haar zin gehad mede door het personeel en de omgeving van het hotel.

Leuk hotel vlakbij het multiculturele meena bazar
Hotel met vriendelijk personeel, nette/hygienische kamers en voldoende faciliteiten. Hotel is dichtbij het bekende Meena Bazar (10 minuten lopen) en Metro Station Al Fahidi waar je met gemak voor 8 AED naar naar bijvoorbeeld Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall en Jumeirah Beach kunt gaan (vermijd spitsuren). Zeer ernstige minpunt, de kamers zijn erg gehorig. Je hoort letterlijk alles wat je buren aan het doen zijn. Gepraat op de gang, muziek, dichtslaan van deuren enzovoorts. Hierdoor wordt slapen/rusten een lastige klus. Verder zijn de matrassen nodig aan vervanging toe. Wij hadden ernstig geluidsoverlast van de buren en hebben dit meerdere malen aangegeven aan het management. Pas op de een na laatste dag heeft het management actie ondernomen. Uiteindelijk zijn we er samen uitgekomen en hebben zij een passende compensatie aangeboden. Al met al toch kunnen genieten van een welverdiende vakantie.

Feb 2017 met 3 tieners dit hotel bezocht. Nette ruime familiekamer incl keuken. Ruime badkamer met bad en douche was super! Kingsize bed was ook echt groot en comfortabel. Roomservice goede kwaliteit, snel en betaalbaar. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hotel heeft een leuk restaurant en zwembad met buitenbar. Zeer tevreden over dit hotel. Een aanrader!

Room with a view!!
Wat een fijn verblijf in dit hotel! We hadden de skyline kamer, dus een fantastisch uitzicht op de stad. (Aanrader!!) Erg vriendelijk personeel en fijne/goede bediening! De ligging vh hotel was ook prima. Lopend was goed te doen naar het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation, maar er zijn ook gratis shuttles vanaf het hotel naar Dubai Mall en het strand. Verder een supermarkt naast de deur (24uur per dag open)

I liked the location of the property as it was convinient. Not so much liked the quality of service, unless I was asking for more than that type of hotel should provide. There was a mishap done by housekeepers but the upper management didn't do what it took for a come back game.

My experience at the hotel was so distressing that I would not consider returning, even if offered a stay for free. Initially, I was placed in a room that was both unsightly and foul-smelling. Matters worsened when I had to switch to another room that was in an even poorer condition, and I was forced to settle for a twin bed room despite being alone. The tranquility of my stay was constantly interrupted by loud music from nearby clubs during the night. Additionally, the hotel's elevator service was severely lacking, with only two elevators for a large building, causing long waiting times. The reviews rating was 8.6 ... It is hugely misleading .

This hotel is not diverse and I won,t recommend this. You may think you are India and not Dubai. The worst of it all they have 8 nightclubs with load music until 4am. None of these are diverse and all play Indian music. Is great for those who want to explore the Indian culture. The staff are friendly. Be aware that the spa and sauna come at an extra charge. My biggest regret 😪 it was also my first time in Dubai. It was a complete waste of money fell ill after not being able to get a decent night sleep.

The front reception was littered. The front reception couches are worn down and have no strenght in them. The rooms need repairs. Walls have marks and the TV's are from 90's. I don't recommmend anyone from North America to enter this hotel.

The worse hotel I have ever been .smells was like……! Food was very bad and low quality. The rooms smells very bad and old. Don’t even go to this hotel even if you have to. So disappointed! I reserved this hotel because was close to US embassy but I couldn’t even sleep there . The lift was so slow and the crowed was crazy!

There is nothing to like. 1. It is not a 4 starts hotel 2. There are only 2 elevators and took me 10 minutes to get a ride (up and down). The elevator was always full of people 3. The toilet spred an unbelievable smell and when I called they brought someone with an air freshener. It didn't help at all. I couldnt sleep and had to change to another room. Same smell form time to time 4. An alarm noice starts shouting at random times Daily and after midnight. It woke me up every time. No answer from receptionists on what it was 5. Etc
