We had glitch because our bathroom got flooded at night, also one of the staff upset us one night because of his behaviour, however they made up to it, he apologized and provide us with free breakfast. We will come back to this hotel in future because staff was nice and helpful.

Check-In horrible
Check-in process horrible. Though, we had confirmed reservation the front desk agent informed us that we don't have! Amenities where under expectations. No bath rope. Breakfast service was fine and staff where polite and helpful. I believe management of hotel has to put more efforts to elevate its services. Nevertheless, checkout process was fast and smooth.

I thought the hotel was excellent, the staff were very professional. My only gripe was the lack of options in the restaurant - I felt it was ok and the sea-food buffer on the day we arrived could be better.

Very poor service. Rooms old with broken items. Pipe burst in ceiling in our room. Staff poorly trained and pushy. Food very poor. Sport bar was so dark and full of smoke to the pint you did not want to enter. Bad location with nothing near hotel. Can’t order anything at pool side bar until 3 pm. All around bad experience

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very stylish and modern however the cleansing staff have let this property down. A few times the staff did not clean our room. They only made the bed and that was about it. After a day at the beach our bathtub had some sand left inside it, it wasn’t cleaned for two days. Our towels were taken away but not replaced. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that does not provide gowns either. The disposable slippers were not replaced at all throughout our stay. The fridge had a bad smell and beware of the “Romeo and Juliet salon” downstairs. They are con artists. My husband was just supposed to get a trim but it turned into £150 with an added hair mask which THEY offered without disclosing charge. Should a “hair mask” really cost £150? We would have been better off staying in downtown Dubai as this property is a little far from the areas you would like to visit.

Friendly staff, great customer service. A fantastic seafood Friday at the Market Place very nice sports bar and lounge. A very competent and convenient trip/tour provider in the lobby, with the hotel location just 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Dubai and the airport. Apart from the construct works in the vicinity of the hotel this is a great vacation sport for Dubai visit.
