Very central, in a relatively quiet offstreet, a main metro station at ten minutes walking distance, supermarkets abound nearby. Good kitchen included and good washing machine. Friendly staff. Small thing missing like no light switch next to the bed.

Reasonably priced, central location.
Good apartments for a nice stay. Very central. Internet connection not everywhere as good. Comfortable bad. I got an upgrade to a specious apartment. Kitchen is great but the cutlery could be updated a bit. Washing machine in each apartment. The apartment is in an quiet street five minutes walk from a central metro station.

Prima stadshotel
Prima hotel op een goede plek om de stad te verkennen: dichtbij bus en metro en op loopafstand van de oude stad. Niet voor strandvakanties. Appartement was zeer ruim, prima bed, voldoende kastruimte, goede keuken (zelfs wasmachine) en badkamer OK. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijtbuffet, want supermarkt om de hoek.

Good value for this quality.
Quiet hotel, big sized studios/apartments. Friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchen. Hotel is very good located as start for city trips. In walking distance to 2 metro stations (Burjuman and AL fahidi).

시설은 괜찮음데 주방 비품이 관리가 제대로 안되어 있습니다.
시설이 좀 낡긴했지만 전반적으로 만족합니다. 주방의 냄비든 그릇의 뚜껑이 없는것이 좀 황당했습니다.

Upon entering the room i was shocked by the presence of cockroaches running on the coffee table, the room full of dust, the doors the air con, the toilets were were filthy and mouldy. Lets just say i stayed there for ten minutes and checked out.

Water system is totally broken ... a continuous leak from the sealing they tried to fix many times and they left it as it is after 3 tries .... cleaning staff are nice ... hotel location is good

Superb - Highly recommended
Superb !!! The stay was amazing. Main highlights which make Nihal Residency stand out from the rest are the hotel infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, location and an amazing staff. The USP of this hotel is the staff right from the reception to the room service staff..everyone is very friendly and helpful and never say no to any request. The location is awesome situated right in the heart of Bur Dubai between two metro stations. Overall had a comfortable stay with my wife where we had a warm and homely feel during our stay at Nihal.

Arrogant personale.
Dårlig renhold av leiligheten, gulvteppe nedslitt og skittent burde vært byttet forlenget. Til å være leilighet var den dårlig utstyrt med dekkstøy. Frokostsal liten måtte vente hver morgen for å få plass. Ved utsjekk ble jeg presentert for en regning på romservice, frokost, noe jeg ikke hadde verken bestilt eller fått. Betjeningen var avvisende og virket som om de trodde vi løy. Underskriften på den mottatte frokost hadde en annen underskrift enn min, men allikevel hevdet de at dette var mitt. Vi ble sittende å vente nesten en halv time før de endelig fant ut at de hadde ført feil romnummer på kvitteringer. Da fikk vi bare beskjed å forlate uten så pass som en unnskyldning. Sjefen var meget arrogant, svarte ikke på mine spørsmål mens de sjekket saken.

preiswert und well connected
Da die Reisezeit im Winter war war es auch angenehm Abends mal noch schnell kleine Einkäufe zu machen. Genauso war der kurze Fussweg zu einer der Metrostationen angenehm.

Close to metro but noisy
The room was spacious. The mattress was very comfortable. The overall state of the hotel looks dated e.g. Bathroom looked old and not very clean in the corners. The main drawback is noise and bad smell coming into the room. The pool is ok but no service was offered (limited towels, water temperature not controlled). The hotel is very close to Burjuman Metro which is very convenient.

Fortune has a lower standard for style and appeal. Old tile and cracked sink in bathroom, old towels, no complimentary coffee packets. Very slow internet. I will say the staff is sufficiently friendly.

Comfortable 2 week stay
Customer service was excellent at the hotel. Whatever was requested was done. The hotel management were willing to listen and respond straight away. The hotel location is central near 2 metro stations I would recommend and would stay here again. The only downside was 3 of us in a room so we always had to ask for things like towels etc. But again this was fulfilled straight away. Overall. Super hotel which strives for top customer service in all areas.

Decent stay
Good value for money, spacious room with kitchen and washing machine. Utencils in the kitchen a bit sparse though. Pool and gym are good addition, was nice to enjoy the sun and swim before hitting the shops. Liked the area (Bur Dubai / Al Mankhool) as well as there are lots to see and do (restaurants, souks, the creek, malls..). Two metro stations within 10min walk. Front desk staff not so friendly, but others were nice.
