Het hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis.Kort bij de male of emiraten en metro.Het personeel is super vriendelijk,maar dit wisten we van 2 jaar geleden.

Centraal gelegen, zwembad.
Hotel ligt centraal niet ver van de metro/bus, vlak bij grote Mall (winkelcentrum), met uiteraard de vele winkels óók vele betaalbare eettenten. Ook de eyecatcher SkiDubai is een aanrader.

Centrale ligging alles makkelijk bereikbaar, goed ontbijt buffet zeer vriendelijk personeel. WiFi snelheid altijd op 5mb/s. Kamer wordt goed bijgehouden. Kortom een echte aanrader.

Geweldig hotel met top service.
Geweldig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een familiesuite geboekt met 3 volwassenen en 1 kind. Kamer was groot en zelfs 2 badkamers, van alle gemakken voorzien en netjes ingericht en schoon. Personeel was geweldig en je voelt dat je als klant echt wordt gewaardeerd. Elke dag gevraagd of alles naar wens was en niets is teveel gevraagd. Zelfs parkeren met huurauto onder hotel is gratis en grote mall op loopafstand en metroverbinding in de buurt. Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad als nooit tevoren en we komen zeker nog een keer terug. Zwembad op dak ook geweldig met zelfs een peuterbad en 24 uurs restaurant.

Negatief: Personeel en service, comfort kamer
Onverantwoordelijk
Kom vaak in Dubai voor korte zakentrips en was er nu ook maar 2 dagen en helaas ziek vanaf het eerste moment met koorst en hoofdpijn en genoodzaakt om op mijn kamer te blijven. 3 x gebeld naar de receptie of ze asperine of paracetamol hadden of konden laten brengen. was niet niet mogelijk was en wat toch vreemd is voor een 4 sterren hotel. Uiteindelijk zelf moeten regelen via Google en bellen (en dan is het een geluk dat ik een lokaal nummer heb). Maar het is onverantwoord van een hotel als een gast 3 x meld dat ie koorts heeft medicijnen nodig heeft er nog geen gecheckt wordt hoe het met die gast gaat. Was aangewezen op roomservice die wel het eten brachten maar niet opruimde dus dan lig je ziek in bed met etens overblijfselen in je kamer. Douche lekte ook waardoor badkamer blank stond. dus al met al nooit meer en geen aanrader.

service van vijfsterrenhotel
Hotelpersoneel doet alles om jouw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wij waren al om 10 uur s'ochtends aangekomen en na een paar minuten wachten kregen wij al onze kamer. Op de laatste dag ook geen probleem om iets later uit te checken. (kosteloos) Daarnaast kan je met de korting skiën bij skicentrum (vraag voor de korting bij de receptie) ze bieden ook de tickets voor diverse excursies die goedkoper zijn dan via internet zoals entreekaartjes voor Atlantis waterpark of safari. Prima zwembad . Ontbijten in de voortuin. Ook makkelijk met een gratis servicebus naar het strand en terug.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo che merita 5 stelle. Cibo di buona qualità sia a colazione sia a cena però nell’arco di una settimana il buffet non è mai variato. Buona la posizione in una zona poca rumorosa adiacente il mall e nei pressi della fermata della metropolitana. Taxi sempre presenti all’esterno dell’hotel. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia, soprattutto nelle aree comuni, molto buona. La stanza familiare per 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi era confortevole e dotata di 2 bagni.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to the Mall. Some really nice local eateries just 5 minutes walk away. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Security staff on site 24/7, not that they were needed. Good size room with separate bath, showers and toilet, which was convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Sijainti aivan mall of emirates vieressä. Meillä oli huone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa missä ikkunat sisäpihalle päin, joten verhoja piti pitää kiinni lähes koko ajan. Huone vanha ja kulunut missä ilma oli todella kostea ja outo haju oli huoneessa. Huone oli ison kokoinen missä oli erillinen wc ja kylpyhuone missä oli erillinen amme ja suihku. Sijainti todella hyvä jos haluaa pyöriä ympäri dubaita. Takseja sai todella nopeasti kadulta ja metrokin oli suhteellisen lähellä. Katolla pienehkö uima-allas ja muutama aurinkotuoli, mutta aina oli tilaa kun käytiin. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Ravintolan palveluita ei käytetty, lähistöltä löytyy useita vaihtoehtoja. Hotellin lähistöllä ei hirveästi nähtävää käveltäen, joten vaatii taksin tai metron käyttöä.

Friendly staff, good location next to mall and metro. Spacious room with two bathrooms. Good pool and gym. Allowed us to check-in early which was really great. Room was a little dated.

I had the opportunity to stay in this Novotel and they performed above and beyond. From the check in staff (Ms. Paris) to the security staff (Ms. Reena), two remarkable and memorable staff members on their team, my short stay was filled with excellent customer service. I had left behind some very valuable documents in the safe in the room and forgot to pick them while I was checking out. Within an hour of me checking out I got an email from the customer service staff that I had left it there and to come collect it. I must say this was a life saver because my whole travel would have been a disaster without these documents. I cannot express my gratitude in words but THANK YOU!

One night experience
Although both the gym and pool are small they both are good. The pool has life guards so that kids can play freely. It is a rooftop pool and therefore can be enjoyed in peace during the day and early evening.The gym is well equipped for what it is. Due to environmental protection the room temperatures are set to a min of 24C. This is not very comfortable for those coming from a cold country. Although booking says 1400 check in. I was provided a room on arrival 1200. However the room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was not vacuumed, a large plastic wrapper was left on the floor. There was long hair left in the sink. Once I informed reception they were extremely apologetic wanted to offer me a new room and free travel to the airport. Breakfast is above average but not excellent. Quite a broad spectrum of food from pancakes to freshly made omelette so it will suffice.

This hotel is located in a really nice area. Across the street from Emirates mall/metro and 20 or so minutes drive from the major tourist areas with taxis driving by the hotel all the time. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and great if you don’t want to spend a crazy amount on a hotel.
