you have to pay complte stay direct at checkin, No TV control, Lighting switch dint work, Floor in the room was dirty, AC dont react on temp setting. water pressure shower low. reception personal not client friendly. will not go back later to this hotel.

Goed hotel slechte service
Hotel is goed. Maar het hotel ligt op een bouwterrein waar volop gebouwd wordt. Hierdoor zijn een leuk uitzicht en de voorzieningen buiten het hotel niet aanwezig. Hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk maar geven niet de service die je zou verwachten. Schone handdoeken moesten we zelf om vragen en die kregen we zelfs na 2 keer vragen pas. Ook onze hotelkamerkaart was 2 keer geblokkeerd. Hotelpersoneel heeft ons niet verteld over mogelijkheden voor ander vervoer dan de door hun te reserveren taxi's. Auto huren vanuit het hotel werd een drama. Na 3 keer het verzoek en 3 keer wachten dat men de huurauto zou komen brengen hebben we het hele gebeuren afgeblazen. Ook werden er kosten voor het nuttigen van repen chocolade uit de minibar bij ons in rekening gebracht. Terwijl deze niet eens aanwezig waren in de minibar. Na duidelijk aangeven dat dit niet klopte gaven ze ons geld terug. Kortom hotel en ook zeker het ontbijtbuffet zijn zeker goed, locatie van het hotel ten op zichte van het centrum en de klantvriendelijkheid van het hotelpersoneel is slecht.

The hotel itself is pretty nice, but many things that are advertised aren't there. There is no Italian restaurant, there is no sushi bar, and there is no sports bar. The restaurant only serves a fairly limited buffet, and since the surroundings of the hotel are all construction sites going elsewhere for dinner or a drink requires taking a cab. The hotel is nicely designed and the rooms are comfortable enough, but the build quality is poor and looks like it will come apart quickly.

Waardeloos hotel veel geluid en slechte voorzienin
Hoe kunnen ze een nieuw hotel zo waardeloos maken?! Super gehorig, zowel de buren, de boven buren en de airco (die je zelf niet kan uitzetten). Zwembad is super klein, totaal geen zon en geen bedjes, wifi werkt slecht, ontbijt was beperkt en koud, kamer klein en locatie een bouwput die zelfs de taxichaufffeur niet kende. Alles is wel nieuw en erg schoon hoewel verlichting kapot was en airco ook beperkt bedienbaar was. No way dat ik hier ooit terug kom!

I ignored the low rating this hotel had, thinking it will be fine as it is a 4 star in Dubai. But it really was below average. Check in only took cash, so i had to go out walking looking for a machine while i was tired. The hotel laundry wanted cash too. And when i asked could i pay at check out they told me no. Back out walking to the machine. My room was claustrophobic and not in great condition. Things like the smoke alarm was just placed on the table next to a square hole which the wiring went into. The staff were not rude or unfriendly but i did have to make follow up calls to reception, asking where things were that i had previously asked for. There was a very strong floral smell in the dark suffocating corridors, as if they were covering a worse smell. The room was pretty cheap though and I think if this hotel was a 3 star then i would consider the quality more acceptable

Room was fine, A/C was cool, did not use room service or restaurant, a couple of snags: Wifi allows only 1 login at a time, no proper chair in the room, only low & wide lounge chair. Good value for money overall.

The property itself is fine, staff helpful, bed comfortable, breakfast ok. Room a little bit small, but ok, no hot water without switching heater switch on to warm it up, not great, and the local mosque waking us up at around 5am, not pleased! But overall not too bad.

Nothing amazing ...just its a 2 star hotel not even 3 The rooms so so so small....how come they accept 3 in the room ....the fit one and only one....if you have your bag then you cannot even move inside the room .....

This hotel was lovely. The staff at the, reception, restaurant, room service, all were more than happy to assist. Never had a problem. I asked for a room change once and within a minute I was taken to see another room, which was better & bigger at no extra charge. The supermarket next door is a god send. Clean rooms everyday and a daily top up of the tea & coffee and water water bottles..!oved my stay there and will definitely be going back.

Probably one of my worst overall experiences in a hotel. The staff is rude (which is a surprise since Dubai usually has the best customer service). There is no sauna as advertised, the steam room was broken, the pool was closed until a sandstorm came and then they opened it and the shisha lounge was closed every time i tried to use it. There was a sand storm during my stay. I asked them to clean my room but unfortunately there was alot of dust still in the room. Again the customer service was horrible. It is extremely deceiving that this hotel has a 4 star rating. I would strongly discourage anyone coming here if they want a good experience in Dubai.

Me and my fiancé stayed at this hotel regularly since 2016 from when it was 3*, so its been a while.. Always find ourselves back because of the great service especially from reception Pandey and the filipino ladies (sorry if i forget names)who have been around ever since. The staff are all really friendly and helpful actually. The room design is amazing and all different, love the fact it has a bath however water temperature is a big issue as most times you can't get cold water after using the hot water.. Not very far off from main areas in the city which is good in terms of moving around. Food is good and reasonably priced.. TV channels though have always been a issue besides news noo english channels literally.. Wifi isnt great too, rooms maintenance is ok much better now as a 4*. Pool is really small not worth a visit and gym is small too, aswell poorly equipped.. Before it had few restaurant options and a bar whereas now you limited to only 1 however there is 24hr room service. Nevertheless will continue as a regular guest

Close to the airport, in the midst of other hotels
Rooms were small but tidy and clean. VERY reasonable last minute rates. The Restaurant was pretty average, half of the a la carte menu was not available. What food was available was OK though.

Decent stay if you have a car to roam around
Hotel is not a huge one but it's okay for the amount we paid. Swimming pool is too small, hours are not good for the roof top lounge, they closes at 6pm. Seriously! Location is not good if you don't have a car. No local restaurant in walk in distance. Interior of the room is nice.
