Als je komt voor de Burj Kalifa en de mall, is dit een perfecte locatie. Hotel is super goed, personeel oprecht vriendelijk en een echte aanrader.

Mooi hotel mooi zwembad
Het hotel zelf was erg mooi, fijn zwembad. Locatie erg centraal. 15min lopen of kort taxiritje van de Dubai Mall (+- 12aed). Echter de eerste kamer die we kregen was in een zodanig slechte staat (kapot bed, kapotte plinten, kapotte televisie) na twee dagen hebben we een andere kamer gekregen die was wel netjes. Veel stof in de kamers. Ik heb astma en stofmijt allergie en ik heb heel erg last gehad van mijn luchtwegen en mijn neus! Personeel van het hotel zijn erg vriendelijk!

accommodatie is perfect. Het is namelijk 10 min lopen van de burj Khalifa tower. Personeel zijn super klantvriendelijk en de hotel zelf was prachtig ! P.S. dat er gekeken is naar mijn opmerkingen (honeymoon) en dat vervolgens mijn kamer versierd is, word heel erg gewaardeerd !

Ideaal gelegen en zeer goed hotel.
Ideaal gelegen op 20 minuten wandelen van de Burj Khalifa, het winkelcomplex the Mall met de onderwaterwereld en het geraamte van een volledige dino en de honderden winkels en de nabije restaurants. Aansluiting met (toeristen)bussen was ook nabij.'s Avonds aan The Mall uniek spektakel met licht- en muziekshow op Burj Khalifa en de dansende fonteinen. Zeer goed hotel, net en mooi, enorm vriendelijk, alleen was de debitering van de waarborg onduidelijk en ook de terugbetaling hiervan. Ik moest hierop wijzen en dat zou nog gebeuren, nog afwachten dus.

Super gelegenes Hotel mitten in der City. 20 Gehminuten bis zur Dubai Mall. Sehr freundliches Personal und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Würden das Hotel in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Essen in der Poolbar war sehr lecker und frisch. Das Fitnessstudio war sauber und leer, was super war :) Preis-Leistung Top 😊

This property is in a great location, with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa. The deck pool and bar area is super nice and was not crowded. The breakfast had lots of variety. The staff at was so helpful and courteous and made our trip very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Dubai Downtown and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. The location is great. It's a 20-minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. You can also get taxis in front of the hotel in no time at all. The pool and bar are very nice! Unfortunately there are only a few sunbeds. The rooms and the view were beautiful! Thanks to Adeesh, our friendly room service man, we had a super clean and tidy room every day. A big compliment to the excellent, very friendly and courteous service of the hotel staff! We were delighted. We would particularly like to highlight Kelvin, Anwar and Jojo, who looked after us very nicely every day at breakfast, took a little time for us if possible and gave us lots of tips for our holiday! We would love to come back!

I paid hotel for a taxi , taxi never came , they never the phone when Expedia called to verify at 2 am phone keep ringing no answer . Took a taxi to the hotel, they said the Will credit me , never did , had no records about the conversation. They got the lines crossed , very unprofessional at the desk .

Das Hotel Zimmer war sehr sehr dreckig, nach dem 3 Anruf wurde erst reagiert und es kam jemand. Davor wurde uns immer gesagt, wir schicken einen hoch ins Zimmer aber es kam keiner, nach 45min warten kam dann endlich jemand der sich das Zimmer angeschaut hatte daraufhin durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, mussten 1 Std warten bis das Zimmer fertig war, am ende wurden es statt 1 Std fast 2Std. Schrecklich nicht zu empfehlen.

I made a booking for March 30, 2024. So the original check-in time was 2 pm. But I made multiple requests for a early check-in as we landed in Dubai at 6:30 am in the morning when we went into the hotel at around 8:30 am, they said that the rooms were not available and made me to pay 4 times the price of my actual booking and offered me a presidential suite which is 2207 AED. Please help clients who are requesting early checkin..Posting this because no one else should suffer like me.

Hotel bonito, excelente servicio todos muy amables, el restaurante muy rico y la ubicación es muy buena ya que esta muy cerca del Burj Khalifa, llegas caminando y tiene vista al mismo. En la parte de atrás está el canal y puedes salir a correr con una vista muy agradable. Lo recomiendo totalmente
