Goeie locatie, perfecte service!
Goeie locatie vlakbij de creek en het oude charmante Dubai. Dichtbij de luchthaven, cruise terminal en de metro. Personeel in het hotel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Veel keuze aan restaurants en een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Als ik terug naar Dubai ga, kies ik zeker opnieuw voor dit hotel.

I stayed there 3 times with my business partner during the last 6 months period . I won’t go back again. Last stay we paid so much money to secure 3 day weekend thinking that they upgrade us to a better room Rather they gave 1st floor rooms which is not nice at all .

When I book this property, I was traveling with my kids and some excursion. I want to do kids not allow on their website they stated that they provide in room babysitter of a surcharge, when I arrive to the hotel and was to go to my excursion at the 360 infinity pool and ask for a babysitter. They said they do not provide that service I ask why is it listed on the website, that is false advertisement I loss the 300 dollars I paid for my excursions because I would have to cancel the 14 days in advance to receive a refund. I was so upset that I end up leave the hotel two days before my check-out date, but the housekeeper I had was very nice, whenever I called down t room service for any amenities or some thing that I want in the room less than five minutes they would be at the door.

Close to the metro, clean and has a balcony overlooking the creek. The lady at reception was so kind to ccheck me in early as I arrived a bit early. Cleaning staff too were helpful and kind, esp. Minhazi and his colleague who cleaned the room quite well. Thank you all.

Great front desk staff and efficient / friendly check in and check out. Ample beverages included (e.g., sparkling water available in the lobby as was coffee which was great as the coffee maker in our room did not work). Our room had a balcony - that’s where we ate our Valentine’s dinner (I was not well that evening). We watched the illuminated boats that night dance up and the river. Lovely! Also, the hotel is conveniently close to a metro stop.

Staff are freindly and helpful. Cigarette smell in rooms feom other rooms was not nice. Some items on the breakfasts were not of the quality youd expect. The croissants and co and dry and not fresh. So are the scarmbelled eggs. No baguette either, that is a hughe handicap.
