Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
De locatie van de accommodatie is top! Vlakbij restaurantjes en Dubai Mall. Het personeel is ook erg aardig en vriendelijk. Er is meerdere keren gevraagd of alles naar wens is etc. Wat mij betreft dus een plus punt! Wat tegenviel is dat de kamers best wel gedateerd zijn. Dit gedeelte van Dubai wordt gezien als het nieuwe Dubai, maar de kamers laten dat niet zien. Tevens is de ruimte voor het ontbijt ook gedateerd en is er weinig keuze en variatie. Wellicht een aandachtspunt voor het management is dat als de richtlijnen zijn dat mondmaskers en een handschoen gedragen moet worden, dat het personeel dan ook de mensen aanspreekt als dit niet gebeurt. Het is meerdere keren voorgekomen dat men geen mondkapje op had en zonder handschoenen ontbijt ging pakken.

Hotel op goede locatie, met vriendelijke medewerkers. Ruime kamers, is meer appartement dan hotelkamer. Hotel is toe aan een modernisering. Kamers zijn niet meer in de beste staat en inrichting vrij gedateerd.

Onze kamer was groot en schoon en alles aanwezig. Maar het mooiste was wel het uitzicht:heel mooi zicht op de Burj Khalifa en de schitterende fontein en op 15 minuten lopen naar het grootste winkelcentrum ter wereld.

Verblijf in Dubai in Februari 2016 met gezin van 4
leuk hotel op prima locatie in Dubai Downtown met vanuit de hotelkamer uitzicht op de fonteinen, Bur Khalifa en vlakbij Dubai Mall ( het grootste winkelcentrum) ter wereld. Ligt centraal voor de diverse uitstapjes die we gedaan hebben in de stad en iedere dag worden de kamers keurig schoon gemaakt. Alle medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en doen echt hun best om de gasten te verwennen. Na 1 dag weten ze in welke kamer je zit en vragen regelmatig of alles naar wens is en of ze wat voor je kunnen doen. Wifi werkt goed maar is niet al te snel, dit was enige minpuntje.

Ideaal voor fanatieke "shoppers"
Perfect gelegen hotel op loopafstand van Dubai Mall, ong. 15 à 20 minuten in "winter" goed te doen, wij deden het begin augustus maar was iets aan de warme kant. Per taxi ong. 10 minuten voor 10Dirham. Luchthaven op een kleine 20 à 30min. per taxi, nachttarief 60Dirham, overdag 40Dirham. Functioneel ingedeeld en heel overzichtelijk. Alles aanwezig tot mogelijkheid van zelf koken aan toe met compleet ingerichte keuken. Ontbijt prima, bediening heel vriendelijk. Uitstekend alternatief voor The Address en andere duurdere hotels.

Had the best stay in Ramada. It is walking distance to many restaurants and Dubai mall. They were very attentive and they also offer free shuttle services to certain places. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff, excellent convenient rooms with amenities for a family with three children. Views of Burj Khalifa and fountain were amazing. In room laundry, kitchen and the balcony were a huge plus.

Hotel is perfectly clean and the location is ideal for the fountains. View from room was fantastic. But the staff (bar one or two) were frankly rude and too busy on there mobile phones most of the time to even acknowledge you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and convenient for a lot of the attractions we wanted to do and we could watch the fountain show from our balcony. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. We would definitely stay there again.

First of all we liked the hotel very much and all staff were very helpful specially Rania Duty manager has been very helpful as she helped us this trip and previous trip also upgraded us to a very nice room with view of Burj khalifa and fountain view this time she gave us late check out as our flight was in the evening time, we are very happy and for sure we will come back again , thank you Ramada for hiring people same like Rania as she a very good hospitality.

La atención, la amabilidad, los deliciosos desayunos, el servicio de restaurante, el tamaño de la habitación, la cercanía con el Dubai Mall, la tienda de conveniencia a la par del hotel. Maravillosa ubicación. Nos pareció que al baño le faltaba un poquito más de detalle, y la secadora duraba horas para secar la ropa.

The ramada is a lovely hotel in down town. You can see the burj Khalifa and dubai mall and water fountain show. the hotel is clean, lovely and service àmazing. the room is a bit dated but the room was spacious which is not usually in dubai. Breakfast was amazing. i would stay here again .

Always problem with the room shows and the room I get , and have to pay more for the the room I booked , one Indian guy from hotel asking me what room I am in , while I am outside taking pics , makes me feel not good

The reception staff were amazing at check-in and the door men were equally amazing. The property was great, however I would stay here just because we were treated so well!! Keep up the good work! Also, we ordered room service and the food was very very good!

This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting downtown Dubai. It is a few minutes walk to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The staff were excellent and all aspects and especially helpful to us getting around and seeing Dubai. The food was good and plentiful.
