Grote kamer met ruime badkamer. Heeft een update nodig, deed verourderd aan. Locatie uitstekend op wandelafstand van JBR strand, brede keuze aan winkels, restaurants aan het strand en langs Marina walk. Tram, metro, ferry op redelijke wandelafstand. Ontbijt basic maar genoeg alternatieve opties in de buurt.

Super mooi hotel.
Wij verbleven hier 7 nachten. Het is ons hier super bevallen. Het strand is slechts 2 minuten lopen. Veder is tram en metro vlakbij om de stad veder te verkennen. Ik zou hier nog een keer willen verblijven.

OK hotel located at JBR
Simple but OK hotel. Hotel looks good on the photos but is in reality quite old and smudgy. Rooms are very noisy. Bed is quite hard. Service is good, personnel is very friendly. Location is good, very close to JBR and the walk. Hotel is situated at the end of JBR, in case you need a taxi or Uber it will save you some money and time.

Dit was de tweede keer dat we in dit hotel verbleven en aangezien er genoeg keuze is in Dubai, zegt dit wel iets over het hotel. Ook deze keer weer erg tevreden! Fijne ruime kamer, goed bed, goede douche. Ontbijt prima verzorgd, vriendelijk personeel.Lekker dicht bij het strand, badlakenservice, gewoon een goed hotel!

Prima verblijf!
Al meerdere keren in Dubai geweest nu voor de eerste keer in Hawthorn Dubai Marina.Prima ontvangst met upgrade naar appartement.Dit appartement enorm groot en was meer dan prima.Ontbijt(gratis) was goed maar niet bijzonder.Zwembad was fijn met goede handdoekenservice.

The place hotel was at is 10/10. Close to everything. Things I didnt like: Water was really hot and really hard to adjust, even after talking with them, they could not fix it. Sofa and the windows was really dirty they could at least wash it? the color of carpet, bed and other things is outdated. Otherwise good place to stay.

Overall the property was great. The size of the apartment was very large and spacious. Cleanliness was 10/10. Customer service 10/10. The only thing I’d say is that the bedside cupboards felt like they were going to break at any moment and that one tv remote was not working at all, but these are very small issues. Overall a great place to stay, I would definately recommend.

Il soggiorno perfetto
Ritornerei qui in futuro per l'eccellente posizione, la gentilezza del personale, per i servizi offerti (teli mare con sacca + ombrellone) per il parco giochi bimbi e per la fantastica colazione. La camera non era nuovissima e magari ci si potrebbe aspettare una maggiore cura dei dettagli, ma sicuramente questo passa in secondo piano considerato tutto il resto.

The location is amazing, 5 min walk to the beach. A lot of very good cafes and restaurants nearby with delicious food of all kind. They give a bag of clean beach towels daily. Nice heated pool with a bar. Friendly staff. A booth with adventures and excursions on a first floor. We had a great time there. Highly recommended.

Helt forferdelig renhold på rommet og spesielt på badet! Det er ingen som har vasket vårt toalett i løpet av 3 dager. Etter 3 dager måtte vi spørre om noen kan vaske toalettet. Vi ankom til Dubai kl 22.30, vår rom var ikke klar, da mannen i resepsjon håpet på at vi skal oppgradere vårt rom og derfor har de ikke gjort rommet klar. Etter det fikk vi kun 2 håndduker, mens vi var 4. hver dag måtte vi be om å komme med flere håndduker. De som jobber i resepsjon er ikke særlig hyggelig og står med «stein» ansikt. I vasken fikk vi kun varmt vann! Det var generelt mye tull og små nyanser som gjort vårt opphold utrivelig! Folk i frokostsalen er veldig hyggelig, men selve frokosten er ikke bra! Det er også hyggelig folk som jobber ve inngangen. Ikke anbefales!

All staff members were cheerful, helpfull, respectable, frindly, respond to any matter in no time, excellent problem solver, give extraordinery care about hotel residence, make every one feel at home not in hotel, extreamly clean, excellent team work looking after people and property safety, leasur, providing towels and ambrillas for the beach even after a late check out keeping bags in a safe and providing showers and change rooms for us even after we cheked out. My wife and I spent the most beautiful time in our life at this Ramada hotel & suits by Wyndham JBT Dubai United Arab Emirates. Let me say that this hotel gave an absolute idea about the United Arab Emirates that it is the best host country to tourests in the entire world. Spcial thank you to Ahmid the room #1502 attendent during 29th Sept to 3re Oct 2022, Shaker the porter all staff at the front desk every one of them was very cooprative providing excellet service and we will not forget Arsher the very gentle UAE man and all staff of the dinning rooms one by one.
