hotel valt erg tegen en ik zeker geen 4 sterren.
Hotel is aan renovatie toe, zeker geen 4 sterren. Ontbijt erg matig, restaurant moet net als rest van het hotel nodig opgeknapt worden. Daarnaast, er zit een discotheek onder het hotel, tot 3 uur is de muziek door het hele hotel te horen. Na sluiting van de disco komen de gasten terug en dat is ook goed hoorbaar

Lack of knowledge reception
Not even check in. as was a problem at the reception. I was inform that the hotel has no more longer having contract with hotels.com. How is even possible if no more contracts with hotel.com and the rate still existsting in website online. When I ask for refunabel back facing difficulties as the booking is not refundable. I demand my money which already debited to be refund. Please contact me hotels.com or ramee Royal team

They’re charged me extra if I would take someone in the room room was two people but they said you will pay 200 DHS per night that I payed bad experience. Never pay any extra in Dubai I was traveling Dubai last 10 years

jag har aldrig sett ett hotell som har två nattklubbar som har musiken på högste volym till kl 03.00 på morgonen. man fick ingen sömn denna natt.

The room was clean and adequate. The hotel has several restaurants and night clubs on the ground and first floor. The disco music is audible until 03h00 in the morning. The breakfast was palatable, but not of expected standard. Due to the clubs I would not stay there again.

Avoid !!!
We've booked this hotel for the last night of our 12 day holiday in Dubai, due to its proximinity to the airport and lack of hotels available due to Saudi holiday season. Ultimately our fault, as we've left it until the last minute, otherwise we would have probably stayed elsewhere. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm in the evening, the receptionist whom spoke a rather basic English mumbled that he had no record of our booking and asked us to sit down in the lobby. After around 30 mins he called us around and started checking us in. He intended that we presented our marriage certificate ( as my passport was in my maiden name. This was a trird hotel in Dubai during our stay and no one has yet asked us for this!!! ) and he wanted to keep our passports until check-out, to which we strongly disagreed and requested that he returns our passports to us immediately. He did indeed. The hotel is part on an Indian group hotels, with Indian restaurant, Indian traditional music and a Russian night club, we were told at check in. Thinking not too much about that we went up to our room on a 3rd floor and got ready for bed as we were up at 5am to catch our flight. Around 10.30pm a load music and heavy base started and I am not exaggerating the walls were shaking. It wasn't getting any better and it took 3 phone calls down to the reception for someone to realise that we weren't going to go away! there were 7 nightclubs in the hotel no one told us about. Running out of space here...

As you arrive you are greeted with a super friendly smile !! Front desk are great and always available to help ! Fun Bars and clubs to hang out in, espically to get your groove on !! Ramesh in the sports bar is a great guy and makes your visit pretty special !! Great staff all around !!!

It was a good stay, only hassle was the reception didnt have my booking details and I had to wait for 30 minutes before a room was allotted. However the hotel compensated, with a late check out

Worst valet parking anywhere. Worst check-in
This hotel visit started badly with no valet parking when I arrived. A half hour later they expected me to give them my car without any receipt or ticket. I ended up parking my car myself. Then reception kept my ID in a duplicitous manner without offering the option of giving a cash or credit card deposit.

Laute Musik durch 6 Discos im Hotel. Leider hat man die Musik und den Lärm auch in den Zimmern gehört. Kein besonders angenehmer Flair.

Noisy slump with incompetent staff
The hotel has a number of night clubs that play very loud music until early hours of the morning. The clubs seemed to attract noisy people who had little regard to the hotel guests. The front desk staff is incompetent sending wrong luggage from someone else to the room after the middle of the night then calling after to apologize. In my opinion, this is the worst hotel in Dubai. Avoid at all cost.

Rædsom oplevelse i støjinferno p.g.a. natklubber.
Vi fandt hotellet via jeres hjemmeside og troede at det var OK. Placering i byen var fin. Da vi ankom, registrerede vi høj musik fra den restaurant, som lå ved receptionen og vi spurgte, om den larm ville fortsætte. Vi fik at vide, at det ville den ikke og ved kontrol på værelset kunne vi ikke registrere støj. Da vi ville sove, viste det sig, at der var 3 natklubber, som larmede helt forfærdeligt, sengene rystede og de dybe toner gik gennem marv og ben. Vi klagede til receptionen, de foreslog andre værelser, som vi også fik lov at kigge på, men larmen var lige så gennemtrængende. Næste dag skiftede vi hotel, for vi kunne ikke holde ud at fortsætte i den larm. Morgenmaden i restauranten var absolut ikke meget værd, så det var også medvirkende til, at vi flyttede.

reserva de 3 dias con desayuno, en hotel me dicen que desayuno no esta incluido, habitación grande pero sucia, al día siguiente me llaman y me dicen que porque no he sacado maletas de habitación que solo tenia reserva 1 día. Para flipar. Ese día llegamos hotel y no había agua para ducharse, nadie nos da explicación ni solcuiones, y al día siguiente igual. 2 días de 3 sin agua..... ole ole. Mucho ruido en la habitación de la discoteca que tienen.

There are nightclubs in the hotel-all play LOUD music,so I stayed awake until 3am.The breakfast was served in a dimly place and it made me feel uncomfortable.I don't think I have a good experience in Ramee Royal Hotel,so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.

lovely hotel very good specially if you are from I
we had a wonderful time the staff were very friendly,the room was really very clean. The staff were always eager to help and get us a taxi or any other help its really good if you are from the indian subcontinent,there is a lovely restaurant where they have live music and the food is exceptional.

The hotel was very noisy - especially rooms located above the nightclub. The location was not ideal, though was within walking distance of the metro which was a bonus. For Dubai this is decent, clean, comfortable accomodation but it was far from impressive and I would not recommend it for those expecting true 4 star standards.

The reception smells indian cuisine, the hotel is noisy , the room are shaking from the noise of the hotels nightclub. The nightclub is full of callgirls The reception keep the guests passport and they tried to overcharge me for drinks in the minibars that I didn't use

Located near the airport, many malls and shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was gracious and helpful
