Super vriendelijk personeel dat altijd behulpzaam is. Verder een fijne en ruime kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook fijn dat we elke dag 4 flesjes water kregen.

De ligging van deze hotel is heel goed. Vlakbij dubai mall en aan de bekende szr. Het ontbijt is gewoon simpel als je het vergelijkt met andere 4 en 5 sterren hotels in dubai. Bij aankomst bleken er nog haren in de badkuip!!!! Viess!!!!!

Leuk hotel, maar de volgende keer toch een ander
Wij hadden 2 keer lekkage in de kamer, maar dat is gefixed. Ik had van te voren (meerdere keren) gemaild dat ik een kamer op een hoge verdieping wilde, dat zou allemaal geregeld worden en bij aankomst werd gezegd dat de kamers op hogere verdiepingen alleen beschikbaar zijn tegen een extra betaling. Heel teleurstellend. Er werd wel gedacht aan mijn verjaardag d.m.v. een taartje. Housekeeping was super vriendelijk!

Mooi hotel in het centrum.
Mooi hotel in het centrum. Metro voor de deur. Heerlijk zwembad, zon tot 1400. Ontbijt lekker en veel keus. Kamer was ruim met kitchenette. Bedden sliepen heerlijk Je kan ook lopen vanaf het hotel naar Bursj Khalifa/Mal. Dit duurt ongeveer een half uur. Met de metro is het 5 min. naar de volgende halte, maar dan moet je nog een lange hal bewandelen voor 15 minuten. Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam.

Hotel dichtbij Dubai mall en financiële district
Houskeeping team echt een top team, zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereid te helpen ook al niet onder hun verantwoordelijjheid Ontbijt zeer variabel, smakelijk en nogmaals topservice van personeel. Zwembad ook in goeie staat en toegankelijk voor iedereen. Enige minpunt is de tapijtbekleding in hotelkamer die er voor heeft gezorgd dat allergie opkwam.

Prima hotel met goed personeel en voorzieningen
Het hotel is goed opgezet, voorzien van de gemakken die je nodig hebt als moderne reiziger en het personeel is zeer behulpzaam aardig en attent. Er is een prima zwembad met sauna-gedeelte en een fitnesszaal met alle moderne apparaten. Nadeel is wel dat de snelweg waarlangs het hotel staat veel geluid oplevert dat tot behoorlijke hoogte te horen is.

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk persoon!
Op een toplocatie! Vlakbij metro, 2 min lopen. Verder ook veel eetplekjes in de buurt. Ook een shuttlebus die naar diverse locaties rijdt onder andere het strand. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Comfortabel hotel with perfect service
We had a upgrade to club Rotana, this is a good choice.At club Rotana food is lovely (lots of diverend small food) and you get a delicious expresso or cafe latte.We loved the roomservice and the kingsize bed. At the swimmingpool are tots of sunbeds and parasols, also towels are availabel. Even with a family with children next to us, the room was wonderfully quiet.

Amazing property and amazing staff! This location is super convenient and I will definitely stay here again. It is super close to all the attractions and even local eateries and a small grocery stores and pharmacies. The customer service was amazing and they communicated very well with any and all changes. The staff are super nice and true gentleman, they did not let me lift a finger.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Meter von der Metro Station entfernt von der aus man alles erreichen kann. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist teilweise leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücken kann man auf zwei verschiedenen Etagen. Wobei der unterschied hier schon deutlich war. Etage 1 war sehr neu und modern. Große und frische Auswahl an Speisen und lokalen Spezialitäten. Auf Etage 2 war die Auswahl nicht so groß und der Raum optisch ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen.

This was an amazing choice for our 1 night in Dubai. We came from a stay in the desert and it was New Year’s Eve. We booked the Burj Khalifa view room because we wanted to see the fireworks, but didn’t feel like going out into the crowds of people. The room was spacious, the hotel had added a roll-away bed for our teenager free of charge. The view was spectacular, couldn’t have been better. We sat on the bed to watch the fireworks, simply magical. It allowed us to get a good nights sleep before our flight home in the morning. Plus, the room has a washing machine (bring your own soap or get it in the supermarket around the corner from the hotel). The staff was very kind and took care of everything, fast check in/out.

Tout ce qu'il faut quand il faut. Super équipe et les touristes passent presque inaperçus. Bien situé au pied du métro, proche du centre ville et du palais des congrès. Le lounge ferme 19h45 ce qui peut être un peu juste.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine Lage an der Hauptverkehrsader Sheik Zayed Road, sowie mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Dubai-Metro und einer Entfernung von ca. 1.5 Km zur Dubai Mall. Der Hotel-Staff ist freundlich. Die Parkmöglichkeiten für Mietfahrzeuge ist durch das zugehörige Parkhaus aufgezeichnet. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr ordentlich, wobei die Fliesenfugen im Badezimmer unsauber gezogen wurden. Im Allgemeinen entspricht das Badezimmer dem Standard, welchem ein kleines Update zugeführt werden könnte.
