Zeer prettige ontvangst, snelle incheck en uitcheck. Stijlvol ingericht. Zeer stille kamer, comfortabele bedden. Heel schoon. Supermarkt in hotel 24u. Verwarmd zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden. Excellent!

Hotel was meer dan prima en bij aankomst, 07:00 uur, dachten ze met ons mee. Aangezien we pas vanaf 16:00 officieel konden inchecken. We hadden om 09:00 uur al een kamer. Top geregeld

Erg netjes en nieuw. Vriendelijk personeel en moderne inrichting. 24/7 supermarktje in het pand. 200 meter lopen van de metro, ideaal voor weekje Dubai. Zwembadwater had perfecte temperatuur.

They let us check in early. The room was ready. They have free shuttle bus from and to the airport. This hotel is a walking distance to the city centre metro station and near city centre mall.

Me and my sister had 2 1-night layover stays in Rove City Centre hotel. And also 1 unplanned extra night because of the problems due to the heavy rain in Dubai. The rooms were comfortable, location is good (close to metro, City Mall and lots of restaurants and stores) and the stuff was very accomodative and attentive to our needs. The most helpful were: Rodica from the front desk, Nassim - the driver of the shuttle bus and Anam - the guest services/tour guide. And actually everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work!

This was a great experience. The moment I got off the taxi, I was greeted and luggage was taken in for me. I was able to check in early and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Staff was a pleasant and friendly. Many pluses on the hotel. Metro around the corner, free shuttle to airport and other areas. Would totally recommend this hotel.

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to go back to the terminal to get a taxi to the hotel. Which was an inconvenience. On the return to the airport it was fine. I would recommend getting a taxi to the hotel and the shuttle back to the airport.

This hotel is very close to Dubai airport, very clean. Ritesh at the front desk is very helpful and good host. Smile on his face makes you feel welcomed. Overall had a nice experience. A sheet under comforter was missing and body lotion. Otherwise all good.

A 7 Star property for all that ROVE Hotel City Centre Deira stands for - EXCELLENT in each & every way - & this is from more than 50 Yrs of travelling experience. -Room Service - WITH A SMILE anytime & every time - 2 examples - (1) Was stepping out of my Room to go to the Front Desk when the Lady Guest in the next Room also stepped out @ the same time - in front of us in the Passage was the "Room Boy" with his Big Cleaning Trolley to clean our Rooms - I distinctively heard the Lady Guest inform the Room Boy something was Broken in her Room & required attending too - by the time I came back to my room on the 1st Floor from the Front Desk (less than 5 minutes) a "Technician" was already standing there in the Lady's Guest room - & by the time I closed my Room Door I could hear the Technician doing the Repair's - mind you the Rooms appear to be SOUND PROOF as the Hotel is very near to DXB Airport but ZERO disturbance from the Aeroplane's landing & taking off - the sound of the "Repairs" being done was also "muffled" & was not at all disturbing. -2nd occassion - @ 10:00 p.m.(yes 10:00 p.m. in the Night) - went to the Front Desk requesting for a Technician to help set up some TV Channels in my Room T.V. - again less than 5 mins. the Technician was on my Room Door (with a smile on his face @ 10:00 p.m. in the night) & helped set up the Channels I was looking for. -NEVER, NEVER EVER before have I experienced this sort of Room, Customer Service anywhere, PAR EXCELLENCE

The hotel is near the City Centre Deira. 5 minutes walk. Also near the Metro Station. Front desk and housekeeping were so nice. The room is good enough for 2 people. The only thing missing is the iron board and iron that you have to call the front desk to bring up said items. Most hotels we’ve stayed had both of them handy.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours meaning we didn’t land in Dubai until 1:45am. By the time we got through customs etc. it was too late to get the courtesy shuttle so we hopped in a taxi. £13 for a 15 minute journey which wasn’t bad for that time of night. I love the fact that reception is open 24 hours so we checked in and got to our rooms around 3am. Check out wasn’t until 2pm! The only downside to our one night stay - we were travelling as a family of 5 (3 adults & 2 children) so I booked 2 rooms which included breakfast. When we got down to breakfast in the morning we were told that only the adults were included. The ‘children’ being 14 and 17 were considered to be ‘adults’ in the UAE so if they wanted to dine we would have to pay an additional £30! This should have been made clear by Expedia in the booking section. As a stop over I would recommend this hotel as it’s close to the airport and open 24/7. Just be mindful of the hidden charges!

Clean,close to metro,there are restaurants nearby,convenience store/grocery stores nearby and a mall. Will definitely comeback and recommend.
