Dear Guest, We really regret and apologise that we had to upgrade and transfer you to another Savoy Hotel which is 7-minutes walk away from the Hotel you had booked in. At the last minute when we were expecting the room, we had to keep it under maintenance as the previous guest who checked-out had damaged the room. Since we had no other room left in the Hotel, we immediately transfer you to Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments in a One-Bedroom Apartment interconnecting with a Studio room. There is also an option to book a One-Bedroom Apartment at Savoy Crest measuring 700 sq ft or a Two-Bedroom apartment measuring 1,100 sq ft. We wish you had reported the noise issue to our 24-hour Reception and we would have offered you an alternate room on the rear side of the building away from the main street.Savoy Central Hotel is located in the heart of Dubai which is 8-mins to the Metro.
