Fantastisch verblijf!
Dit hotel is echt een aanrader! Gelegen in Burj Dubai, vlakbij de Burjuman (winkelcentrum met grote Carrefour winkel). Zeer mooi hotel, personeel is supervriendelijk! Lekker ontbijt, middagmaal en diner is mogelijk, wat ook zeer lekker is! Het mooi onderhouden zwembad op de ‘rooftop’, is puur genieten. De kamer is ruim, proper en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt (airco, bad/douche, keuken met kookplaten, microgolf,...). Hotel is ook dicht bij een metrostation (Burjuman). Het personeel kan ook taxi bestellen. Een dikke merci aan het personeel, altijd met een lach op hun gezicht en niets is teveel gevraagd! Hier komen we zeker terug.

Excellent hotel!
Our stay in the Savoy Suite Hotel was excellent! We stayed for 11 night. The staff were very kind! Our room was ready when we arrived in the morning. All the information we needed about dubai they gave us. Every morning there is a minibus Who collect the guest from the hotel to the Jumairah beach For free. We really enjoyed our stay there and we will definately recommend to our friend/family. GOOD HOTEL! KEEP GOING!

hotelkamer is ruim aparte woonkamer en slaapkamer. ruikt een beetje muf (tapijt) en vochtig. douchebad combinatie (dus niet los van elkaar).Geen zwembad, 10 min rijden van airport. Kamer design heel mooi, airco goed, keukentje, prima hotel voor doorreis...

Een fantastisch hotel met uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie, ruime kamer met kleine keuken. Wasmachine, magnetron, koelkast etc etc. Ruime badkamer. Dichtbij metro en winkelcentrum. Een aanrader !!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this place it unless you are forced to be in that area. Main bedroom smelled moldy. They claim "Washer/Dryer" per Expedia, but you are expected to hang your clothes in the balcony area! Washing machine smelled bad and seemed to have never been cleaned.

We respectfully disagree with your comments and could not find any smell of any kind. As a matter of fact, the washing machine installed in your room was a brand-new model and you were the first user. The hotel is a front runner in adopting Best Green Practices and spreading awareness of reducing our carbon footprint to all our guests and the local community. All our rooms have eco-friendly washing machines which spin dries your garments up to 80%. The hotel provides clothes rack to dry the clothes. All the guests have appreciated the Eco-measures undertaken by the Hotel to reduce the carbon emissions to protect our planet. We encourage and educate all our guests to lead a ‘Green lifestyle’. The Hotel also has a 24-hour Reception desk / Housekeeping / Maintenance / Duty Manager to resolve any guest issues immediately when they highlighted. Unfortunately, nothing was reported for us to assist you. Overall stay in Savoy suits hotel was very good. Staff was amazing. Food was excellent. Room was clean and staff was changing sheets daily or second daily. Lots of staff was organised from hotel or just to ask staff to do that for you. I am speechless.

ZAZ - Zero Alcohol Zone!
Not the best hotel choice for Dubai 7s Rugby fans, who have a tendency to enjoy a beer or three with their sport - not only in the stadium, but also in the evenings after the matches have ended. The Savoy Suites does not have a bar, and does not serve alcohol in any other areas such as the pool, or main lobby. If we had realised this, my friends and I would not have booked this hotel. It would be helpful if this deficiency could be clearly pointed out on the hotels.com entry for this property.

Pubs & Bars are at a walking distance from Savoy Suites in nearby Hotels which are licensed to operate bars with entertainment. We arrived late and upon entry to room the bathroom had a significant leak - the staff quickly repaired but at 2am the last thing you want is to have to wait for room repairs on a vacated room. Secondly you have to turn the hot water on in room which we were not told about and switch location and signage is poor - so a cold shower wasnt a great start to next day

Love this place!!! I hunted for a location which provided the amenities that they offer, close to shopping and in a neighborhood to purchase groceries for minimal food preparation. Room service, breakfast, super comfortable bed and sheets. New smart/roko streaming TV!!!! Spacious bathroom with tub/shower. Couch and eating table. Pool and upper deck. Just like the photos. My 3rd visit and will go back again because its so convenient to everywhere. Taxi rides can get you most places in 20 minutes. The hotel does offer shuttles to some locations.

Totalt nedslitt hotell i lite hyggelig strøk. Personalet var fantastiske så vi fikk vindt av å klage på hotellet pga de, de gjorde virkelig sitt beste. Booket et rom for 4 personer og fikk en veldig slitt liten sovesofa hvor det kun var plass til 1 person. Vi kom på natten så sov der 1 av 7 netter, hadde vi ikke kommet på natten hadde vi flyttet umiddelbart. Ville aldri booket dette hotellet, spesielt ikke med barn. Bildene juger og bør ikke kunne brukes til hotellet! Men igjen, fantastisk hyggelig personale som virkelig kunne jobben sin.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your candid feedback and we regret we could not meet up to your personal expectations. We respectfully disagree with your comments. The room and hotel images are actual. All our spacious Studio rooms are fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchenette. In your case, you were a family of 4 occupying the same Studio room. In that case, we recommend one child to share the king-size bed with the parents and the second child to use the existing sofa bed available in the room. For more comforts, you could choose the Two-Bedroom Apartment at Savoy Suites or One-Bedroom Apartment at Savoy Crest or 2-Studio Rooms interconnecting with a common door. The Hotel staff made all the efforts to show you the other 3 Savoy Hotels in the same neighborhood with a different décor theme and also a One-Bedroom at Savoy Crest which you declined to see. Savoy Hotels is located in the heart of Bur Dubai which is 10 mins. walk to BurJuman Mall and 8-mins to the Metro. It is in close proximity to the historical districts of old Dubai. Dear Guest, Thank you for your candid comments. We would like to reconfirm that the hotel team and the Pest Control team could not find any sign or infestation of bedbug or any other pests. The inspection was carried out in your presence and the same was reported to you. The Pest Control company has also checked the previous room occupied by you and we could not find any traces of any pests or bugs. Your original booking was for 3 nights which was extended for further 7 nights. After this, you have extended for another 2 nights. Then again, you have extended for one more night. Finally, there was an extension of one more night before you checked-out. The hotel management did offer you a change of room for your peace of mind which you declined and preferred to stay in the same room for 11 nights without any housekeeping services. You had placed a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door and did not take any housekeeping services throughout your entire stay. Furthermore, the management also observed that you were receiving frequent deliveries and packages on a daily basis. We suspect the bug what you are referring to is a traveler’s bug which could have come through your luggage or the several packages that you have received from outside. All our rooms are inspected thoroughly and released to our guests only after a complete disinfection and sanitization has been completed. We regret we could not meet up to your personal expectations and we hope that you could give us the opportunity to welcome you back in any of the 4 Savoy Hotels in Dubai. The housekeeping could only manage to clean your room once only with your permission. We recommend that you allow the housekeeping team to clean your room on regular basis. DID NOT FEEL PARTICULARLY SAFE AS A SINGLE FEMALE GUEST AS A MALE STAFF GOT OFF THE ELEVATOR ON THE SAME FLOOR THEN SAT AT THE CONSOLE TABLE BY THE ELEVATOR BANK AND GOT ON A MOBILE PHONE AS I WAS SPEAKING TO ANOTHER GUEST. HOT WATER HEATER RUNS OUT OF HOT WATER DURING LONG SHOWERS OR IF ONE SHOWERS AFTER WASHING DISHES OR WHILE USING THE WASH MACHINE. INTERNET IS OCCASIONALLY SPOTTY. THERE IS A STEAM ROOM AND SAUNA FOR MALES BUT ONLY A SAUNA FOR FEMALES. FEMALES NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER PROPERTY TO USE A STEAM ROOM. UNIT HAS SLIDING DOORS TO SEPARATE THE BED AREA FROM THE REST OF THE UNIT. SIZE OF UNIT IS LARGER THAN STANDARD HOTEL ROOMS. HOTEL PROVIDED COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF WATER AND ADDITIONAL VIP PERK INCLUDED FRUIT PLATE AND ROOM UPGRADE TO A BALCONY ROOM. STAY WAS EXTENDED AND HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS BECAUSE ORIGINAL ROOM WAS A LOCKOFF FOR A TWO BEDROOM UNIT.

You are presently staying on Level 3 which is a complete Non-Smoking floor. Our team has personally checked all the rooms on the floor and could not find any anomaly or any neighbouring rooms misusing the non-smoking regulation. Our hotel is perfectly safe for all guests including single lady travelers. The male staff you are referring to is a housekeeping supervisor with a mobile phone communicating with other staff for housekeeping chores. All our guest bathrooms have been installed 50L capacity water heater. This is a standard capacity in all hotel apartments and we regret that this does not meet your personal expectations. The Housekeeping / Maintenance / Duty Manager are available round-the-clock to assist all our guests in every possible manner to ensure you have a pleasant stay with us. The correct amount to be collected is AED 10 per room per night which was duly collected upon your check-in. It is only when you highlighted that the amount is showing AED 7 on the Expedia site, we have advised Expedia on the error which has now been rectified. Since you have seen AED 7, we will honor the same rate and refund back to you the balance amount. The hotel will absorb the taxes in this particular case. We thank you for highlighting the typo mistake observed by you which has now been rectified by Expedia. Extra hangers and towels which was requested by you before your check-in was placed. In your room, a total of 12 hangers + 1 skirt hanger was placed in your wardrobe before your arrival along with 2 bath towels & 2 face towels. We do have a 24-hour Reception / Housekeeping / Maintenance on duty and any extra items required in the room can be delivered at no extra cost. The birthday cake was placed in your room to celebrate the special occasion of the day. Did not like anything about that place! Its run down and I was given a room was on the 1st floor (very close to the street) and very noisy. I felt I was sleeping on street... My room was also not ready upon arrival and and I arrived after the check in time. Room was suppose to come wiyh a braekfast buffet but instead they had a fixed menue to chose from and no buffet, and the food was old and horrible. Basically they want you to pay for something and they offer nothing or somthing totally different. The pics on expedia are deceiving and do not reflect the run down condition of the place...

Your room was ready before your check-in time but as you preferred a balcony room which is subject to availability, the Duty Manager informed you and you chose to wait to be allocated a balcony room. You were also offered a room on the rear side of the building as you could not handle the minimal sounds from the streets, but you declined to shift. As part of our COVID safety protocols, all the buffet foods are now served on the table as we do not want to encourage different guests touching the buffet handles, service spoons, juice dispensers, etc. In short, we take the order individually from each guest and all the food and beverages are served on the table. All our guests have appreciated the high level of safety protocols being practiced to keep them safe during the present pandemic times. We respectfully disagree with your comments and all images are actual as it appears on the online site. At the Savoy, we take every criticism as a challenge to improve and we hope you give us an opportunity to welcome you back in any of the other 3 Savoy Hotels in Dubai.
