only stayed 3 nights.not far from airport .not convenient to a train station or a shuttle to malls .We got an upgrade room for a price .Staff were amazing helpful ,friendly .Room was a bit dated but didn’t worry us .Very clean & amazing room staff. Highly recommend for a short stay.

We liked the Club room and the related benefits. The club lounge at this location was not as big as others and the menu offering was smaller. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is fairly close to the metro but there isn’t a lot in the immediate area.

We enjoyed so much our stay at Shangri-La. The staff is really kind and professional and they our stay really pleasant. The standard is not at the height of other Shangri-Las around the world and the hotel needs a major refurbished and renovation. It’s getting old and worn out. Other than that, great location, great staff and the gym is also extremely on point
