This charming studio apartment nestled in Business Bay provides the perfect retreat after a day of exploring bustling Dubai. The living area features a plush sofa, which converts into a sofa bed, providing an extra sleeping space for any guests. The open kitchen is well-equipped, ensuring you have all the essentials to prepare delightful meals at your convenience. Enjoy your meals at the dining table which comfortably seats four. The bedroom area feels spacious, featuring an oversized Queen bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so soft and cosy, we know you will have a wonderful nights sleep. The bed is perfectly positioned in front of your large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a bust day. In the morning, step out onto the balcony and admire the gorgeous views while sipping on your coffee planning your next Dubai adventure. The bathroom comes complete with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities, ensuring you feel refreshed throughout the day.

The building offers convenient amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a private on-site car park.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guest's passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
