The Space

A plush, oversized sofa invite relaxation, arranged around a pair of statement glossy black coffee tables which are situated in front of a large screen TV screen for your romantic movie nights.

The modern dining table with chairs to accommodate up to 8 persons is situated next to the terrace featuring a stunning view of the outdoors area where you’ll be able to devour home cooked meals with a magnificent view. Master Bedroom
This Luxurious Master bedroom on the upper floor with a chic design features a King size bed with two bed side tables and a flat screen television for a cozy movie night in bed. The balcony features a cozy outdoor seating area with an incredible sea view.
The bathroom is spacious with exquisite marble design, featuring double basins, a toilet, a bathtub and a walk-in shower unit with rain shower facilities.
The second and third Bedrooms, both lying on the upper floor, one of them features a Queen size and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other features two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit as well.

The fourth bedroom on the ground floor features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit.

Guest Access

Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a private swimming pool, Beach access, and a shared Gym.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.


Other things to note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.

The Neighborhood
Rixos Dream palm is located at one of the fanciest areas in Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, which is a tree shaped island, and it is home to some of the most luxury spots in Dubai.
Apart from the water activities that you can enjoy at the beach, there is also a list of other activities which you can enjoy at palm Jumeirah including but not limited to Sky Dive Dubai, For the ultimate adrenaline rush, jump out of a plane as it cruises over the Palm Jumeirah. Skydive Dubai offers tandem skydives at the premium Palm Drop zone, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph and offering eye-popping views of the Palm, the Dubai Marina, and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.

You also must try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across the palm and the Marina.
Al Nakheel Mall is located at palm Jumeirah where you will find everything you might need in a blink of an eye.

Dubai International Airport is about half an hour away from the building.
