Wonderful stay
We had such a wonderful time in the staybridge. The staff gave us a warm and nice welcome and were very attentive and friendly throughout the stay. If we needed anything, they were there for us right away. The swimmingpool is amazing!! The location is perfect! We are defently coming back

The commendable part of our stay are the staff. Everyone is friendly, approachable & helpful. I’ll mention some staff that I was not able to mention on my first review: Leo, Aakash, Siya & of course Deepak. They’re @ the reception desk. They’re there to greet guests & ready to help whenever you need it. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff for making our room clean & tidy.

Excellent location for using metro. Staff local knowledge is poor. I had received a delivery but no one told me. It was only when the person who left the gift wondered why after 5 days I had not said thank you they asked me. I asked the hotel then they couldn’t find it. Eventually it came. I found this poor. Breakfast is crowded I stayed a week and didn’t eat. Room service took too long (over an hour). I think they forgot. Internet was not fast - calls drop out. The reception never answer the phone. Using the one touch “reception” button it is always engaged. This is very irritating.

We had a nice stay. The suite was huge, well furnished abs we loved the view. The staff is friendly and the hotel is near the metro which is very convenient. The pool is nice too but it will be a good idea to add a bar at the pool & more transats.

Staff poorly trained to offer customer oriented services… they are more concerned with rules and regulations, they assist and happy to assist and they work very hard, much appreciated, however, I would prefer they worked smart and not hard. I would stay there again, but make sure you ask for what you need cuz it won’t be offered by the staff. Location is great and clean They are happy to help but ask 😂

Elevator issues unfortunately which made it sometimes take 10mins wait. Also they put us on a lower floor and for some reasom there is lots of noise outside at night. Other than that I would stay again as long as im in a higher floor.

All the emoloyees at this location are amazing! Siya at the front desk was very kind and very helpful. Our housekeeping team were so courteous and did their work seamlessly. Our stay here was great. The staff is amazing and they made our stay even special by going above and beyond for my husband’s birthday. We were surprised by decorations and a cake which was really nice! The location is excellent as it’s near to metro, grocery stores and right at the center of Dubai!

The staff was very polite, good, and helpful. It was very convenient with the metro station right in front of the hotel. Ubers were easy. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and varied. Our 3 bedroom suite was very comfortable for the family. My only negative review is that we booked a 3 bedroom suite— Room 3004, and paid extra for the Burj Khalifa view. Every morning for the 6 days we were there, cleaning crew were in the next building at 6:30 am making it difficult for us to enjoy the view or hang out in the balcony as the rooftop of the next building is at the same level as the master bedroom, kitchen and balcony. The front desk manager said the glass of the hotel was one way and the crew could not see us. We were just uncomfortable with the explanation. We have photos and videos of them so close. So if anyone wants room 3004 be aware as the Burj view costs more. Take a higher floor if you want a view without looking directly at the cleaning crew of the next building.

Property is very well maintained and staff is very polite. It is situated in prime location on Sheikh Zayed road and views from the balcony are very beautiful. The only problem is limited breakfast buffet options for vegetarians.

Hotel is very clean, roomy, contemporary and conveniently located right next to metro station, local restaurant and supermarket. Free breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend getting a room with view of Burj Khalifa.

Dieses Hotel kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Mega sauber, unglaublich freundliches Personal überall, kostenlos unendlich viel Wasser, toller Pool. Frühstück hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, aber was soll‘s. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen!!! Taxis‘s an der Straße zu finden, Metro direkt vor Ort. Alles in kurzer Entfernug erreichbar. Dubai Mall u. Burj Khalifa ca 20-25 Min zu Fuß. In 5 Min Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wunderbar!!!

Staybridge - Delightful!
The Staybridge was amazing! The cleanliness, the service, the comfort of our room on the 28th floor, and especially the staff who were very helpful, kind, and very attentive to our needs. Located in the financial district, the hotel was close to the Metro and the beauty of the Burj Khalif and other buildings was remarkable.

Spacious room and good location
Girl's travel! we booked 3 beds suites. the room was spacious. comfort bed. The location is near future museum. Dubai Mall and city walk estimated 6 mins by taxi depends on traffic. Breakfast was good. not too many options. but they are still good. I will stay again. Thanks team. !
