Had a chance to stay at Studio M. Liked the property, very convenient location and very well kept facilities. Looked after by duty Manager Gulzar, I must say he has surpassed level of excellent customer service. Very help ful, polite and well aware of how to look after guest. Highly recommend him and his leadership skill.

My overall stay was great. The reception and security staff are very friendly and professional! A big thank you to Jessica, Mohammed and the rest of the team. I would recommend extending the gym hours to 24/7 or midnight to allow those that work late to enjoy a workout. See you next time!

They had issue with their faucet in the bathroom and when we checked out they told us that we did it until we proved them it was before. They also had ripped sofa and thanks God they didn't tell us we did this as well.

We booked 2 nonsmoking rooms but we received one for impaired person (bathroom with sewage system that needs to be repaired because of the smell- room Nr 141) and one smoking room. After change of kind words we were promised that smoking room will be changed next day for non-smoking room with higher quality . Nobody cared and did not made the change for next 4 nights till end of our stay. If you come at “ wrong hour” for breakfast you twill not find at least few dishes.I will add that I am Rewards Gold Member at Hotels.com. The only plus of hotel is near Al Qiyada Metro station.

メトロそばのロケーションで、移動は楽。 周りにスーパー・ハイパーマーケットがあり、小物を買うのにも問題なし。 フレンドリースタッフ。 お部屋にはフリーのペットボトルが二本セットされていて水不足にはなり難いか? ボックスティシュがあったのはプラスですが、部屋用のスリッパと綿棒が無かったのはマイナス。 全体的にアメニティーが少ないと思いました。 朝食美味しかったです。

Pros: clean, contemporary, close to the airport, centrally located, attentive housekeeping staff. Cons: money hungry, poor customer service, tiny gym, very small pool area, mediocre breakfast. As other Expedia users may know, when booking a package (flight and hotel), the number of people you book for the flight will automatically be the number of people that is booked for the hotel. Well, the first time I booked with Studio M I was flying alone and meeting my husband in Dubai. I called Millennium hotels to inform them that my hotel booking is for 2 not one. They told me “no problem, just notify reception when you check-in, there are no additional fees”. I checked-in with no issue and enjoyed my stay. This second time, I booked the trip for three. My mom’s flight was switched so she was arriving the day after my daughter and I. I told reception that my husband and mom will be meeting us so there is a total of 4 people. Reception said, “no problem”. The day before our check-out, as we are eating the “free” breakfast, a restaurant staff approached me to tell me that I need to pay for the additional people because my reservation is only for 2. I explained to him, then went to reception. They realized my booking was for 3 originally, and left it alone. I thought it was settled but when I returned to my room reception called me and gave me every excuse under the sun why I needed to pay for 1guest. It was frustrating to know that they were ok losing a repeat guest over 40AED.

Space of the room was okay and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom shower had a lot of mold because there was no fan to ventilate while showering. The inside of tub was digusting and looked extremely dirty. We told the cleaning people to clean it but I dont think they knew what we meant. We always asked for extra towels since there were 2 people in the room and we shower each day sometimes 2 times a day. Some days cleaning only gave us one hand towel. This was not satisfying. Hotel shuttle was extremely expensive, this should have been free to guest when going to airport to depart. Hairdryer was attached to the underside of table outside of bathroom. It was difficult to dry your head. Overall I give only a 3 to this hotel. Next time I will stay at another
