Hotel op loopafstand van de grootste mall van Dubai en de Burj. Grote kamers die wel wat ouder aandoen vooral in de badkamer. Puntje van aandacht is het zwembad. Het grote zwembad is alleen voor families en je moet langs een portier. De bar is daar dicht. Kleine zwembad (Hotel) is voor iedereen en de bar is open maar is een stuk kleiner. Wel goede handdoeken service. Helaas ging er wat mis met de wifi en dat hebben ze pas na 2 dagen kunnen herstellen. Ook de check-out ging niet goed omdat het systeem automatisch de toegang tot de kamer om 10:00 verwijderd terwijl de check-out om 12:00 is. Handdoeken in de kamer was (te weinig) ook een probleem maar dat hebben ze redelijk snel opgelost. Als ze dit verbeteren dan is het een prima hotel in Dubai!!

Mooi schoon, luxe hotel. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt.Op loopafstand van de Dubai mall en burj kalifa. Erg aardige mensen. Uitstekend vermaakt. Jammer alleen dat je met 1 kind in het hotel 2 Queensize bedden krijgt, dat is echt te klein. Extra bed kost €60.- per nacht. En je komt daar pas achter als je er al bent. Opgelost door de bedden aan elkaar te schuiven en zo 1 heel groot bed gemaakt. Niet ideaal, maar wel te doen.

Decent hotel in a great location for Downtown.
Hotel with a great location, although you do have to cross a road (with a stroller perhaps harder) to be at the Dubai Mall in 2 minutes. Hotel is still a 15 min walk within the mall! Nice family place; good pool to swim for kids as well. Pricewise very interesting compared to way more expensive alternatives closeby.

The property boasts ample space, and we were particularly pleased with the fact that each room in the apartment had its own bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for all of us. However, we found the apartment's décor to be rather modest, especially when compared to the luxurious standards set by the hotel itself. Nevertheless, the facilities were impeccably maintained, and the amenities provided were both delightful and perfectly suited to our needs. Despite this, our experience at the reception left something to be desired. While the staff at the hotel entrance were gracious in redirecting us to the apartments and even offered transportation via golf cart, the demeanor of the staff member at the apartment check-in was markedly different. His demeanor was rather solemn, lacking the warmth and hospitality we had encountered at the hotel reception. Furthermore, the check-out process was notably informal and unaccommodating. We simply informed the building guard of our departure, who then relayed the message to reception. No assistance was offered with our luggage or in arranging transportation, and it was only through the kind gesture of the guard that we were able to temporarily store our belongings beside his desk while we grabbed a meal at the mall. Overall, the check-out experience fell short of our expectations and left a negative impression.

I’m pretty generous in my reviews but this I feel the need to really provide a detailed review for young families. This hotel (apartment side) really appealed to us because of the proximity of the Dubai Mall and Burj K & the fact that there was 5 of us. The only positive of booking this hotel is the location. No need for Uber or taxi (15-25 min ride from airport depending on traffic- as an aside government taxi’s are 60 percent cheaper than Ubers- we paid 48-55 Dirham. Walking distance to mall is 5 min. You have to cross two easy intersection crosswalks. We were placed on the 5th floor. Upon entering the suite, all I can say is that it was below par. The rugs were absolutely disgusting and stained (not sure why there isn’t tile only all around) we walked continuously on crocs inside. The furniture is quite dated (80s style Couches) and the washrooms are also quite dated - something of what you would see at a motel 6. The kitchen was so disgusting that we didn’t step foot. We would have paid couple hundred more at more up to date place had we known. The hallway of the 5th floor also had a terrible smell. I also made two toll free collect calls to my credit card company and was charged 60 Dirham. The staff did not understand my objection to this. On our first night, we had a fire alarm wake us up at 1 a.m. When we asked for an explanation the day after, none was given. The main hotel that is connected to the apartment seemed nice- nice pool area
