Ruby Court Apartments Sharjah, dichtbij Dubai Airport
Prima appartement, rustig gelegen, supermarkt (24/24) tegenover. (huur)auto is vereist, maar dan prima gelegen, nabij hoofdstraat door Dubai en op uitvalswegen naar Al Ain, Sharjah en Oman. Kamer prima in orde, met eigen keuken, badkamer etc. Niet luxe, maar wel prima voor degene die alleen een veilige, schone overnachtingsmogelijkheid zoekt.

Bon séjour. Personnel gentil et attentif. Chambre toujours propre car maintenue par le service d’étage. Bon emplacement et à deux pas de la plage. Seulement, l’une des toilettes degageaint l’odeur d’urine. En dehors de cela, tout était très bien.

Beds doesn’t match the description on website
The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. There was problem checking in because of my booking did was not sent by hotels.com to the hotel so my family had to wait for over an hour for check-in in the lobby. The second big problem is they do not have King size bed in master bedroom, it’s queen size instead and the other bed room has 2 single bed’s instead of double beds as they advertised and I paid for. This was disappointing and uncomforting.

I work in hospitality in Las Vegas as a floor manager.. the room I had a facilities issue, leak under the kitchen sink and bad odor , the air conditioning in the living room did not cool enough and the kitchenware some dishes and cutting nife were damaged, I let know about the issues and fixed, overall I have very cozy stay and the stuff super friendly ... I will be back soon

first want to be clear if there's less than one star I will give them that. The hotel is nasty, roaches everywhere, broken sofas, burn marks on the floor, smells really bad and so on..... I can not stress enogh to stay a way from this hotel you better of sleeping in your car. I have pictures of the room if I can I will post them.

first off, I will say the staff has been great. They were all polite and quick to respond. I stayed here almost a month. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark when the curtains were closed. As far a cleanliness goes, the furniture wasn't in the best condition. They could use a material on the dining room chairs that doesn't stain. The stove/oven was a pain in the butt. It was hard to keep the elements lit on the stove and in the oven (i don't think the equipment is very well maintained). It was impossible to bake anything in the oven as it didn't have temperature readings on the dial. It was gas so it was either on, or off...And hot water is an issue apparently. Certain times of the day, it was a cold shower. The gym was pretty decent. All that being said, I would stay here again. They could just do a bit more to maintain the equipment. The Engineer of the building was doing his best to accommodate us, but it's hard to deal with some things. The staff made it worthwhile.

Dreckigstes Hotel der Welt
Eine der dreckisten Hotels, die ich je gesehen habe. Große Baustelle vor dem Hotel und zu viel Lärm draußen auch über die Nacht. Die Küche so schmutzig, dass wir nicht anfassen wollten.

Ночью приезжает машина, выкачивающая канализацию, от нее очень сильный шум, который не дает спать, если выйти на балкон, то еще и ужасный запах. Наш отдых был испорчен, очень странно, что на сайте hotels.com есть такие ужасные отели.

L'appartement sentait fortement le tabac. La moquette était tachée de partout. Le premier jour, on a dû changer de chambre car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas... Le canapé ainsi que les fauteuils étaient sales. Une des télévisions ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait des problèmes d'humidité (le papier se decollait). La cuisine n'était pas équipée :aucun verre, aucune assiette et aucun produit ménager. Un geste commercial est demandé de notre part...

Всё превосходно,расположение,пляж бесплатный в шаговой доступности,номер,как прекрасная двух комнатная квартира,оборудованная всем необходимым,очень внимательный персонал,хочу особенно отметить работника рецепшен Мохмед Нассири,я такого внимания давно нигде не встречал,плюс вполне говорит по русски.Чисто в номере и самой гостинице,прекрасные разнообразные завтраки,есть всегда,молочные,мясные и рыбные блюда,хорошо варят кофе,фрукты и выпечка,молодцы,все проблемы персонал быстро решает.В холле гостиницы всегда стоит горячий кофе хорошего качества ,чай и финики.Хороший спа бесплатный,ежедневная уборка ,кухня с техникой разнообразной и посудой,стиральная машина. Настоятельно рекомендую этот отель,особенно для бюджетного туриста.Свои четыре звезды отель оправдывает полностью,можно и добавить ещё плюс.Спасибо за великолепный отдых!

Квэст на день Рождения ребёнка.
Отель на пляже аль хан. Отель нормальный, останавливаюсь в этом отеле 2 раз, завтраки хорошие, всё по минимуму, особенно кофе одна вода. Номер хороший, плохо убирают, мусор не выносят по несколько дней, полотенца и воду только после баррикад на ресепшн День Рождения ребёнка устроили квэст со скачками, уже на пляже нам передали, что номер нам надо освободить, конечно такую свинью в День Рождения ребёнка никто не ожидал, мало того что никто не поздравил ребёнка, ему в этот день исполнилось 10 лет и он уже второй раз гость отеля, так ещё и передали нам, что видите ли номер надо освободить, заблокировали ключи и с настойчиво говорили, что чек аут, когда я потребовала посмотреть лист бронирования, вдруг у них оказалось, что всё таки всё в порядке. Теперь уже мне пришлось проявить всю свою настойчивость и потребовать извинений. Извинения конечны были наигранно принесены, но после того как я поднялась в номер сейф был открыт, Документы и деньги были на месте, и я не обратила внимания, что нет пластикового футляра с кредитными карточками, я уверена, что футляр был в сейфе, потому, что перед походом на пляж я делала бронирование трансфера и затем футляр с кредитками положила в сейф, когда собирались в этой суматохе я даже не заметила что футляра нет, только приехав в аэропорт поняла что его нет, написала, письмо в Отель, но никто не ответил, деньги на картах все целы, я в аэропорту с мобильных приложений перевела их на другой счёт. I like the lady on reception they were so helpful but the man are not coz someone use my telephone in my room then they charge me the cost while its not me ,, the location is good spa and gym is good but bathtub is broken the furniture and linen are clean but old i think they need to renew it

Ok value for money for a short business trip. Some improvements needed. The area doesn't have many asphalted roads so area is very dusty and looks dirty. AC was a bit noise. The first 2 days they didnt come and clean the apartment then I realized you had to put a note in the door and no one had told me. The access is a bit confusing. There were mosquito in the room. The gym and sauna should start working earlier from 6 am at least so you can use before going to work.

Хороший відпочинок в Time Ruby Hotel
Загалом, готель досить хороший за свою ціну. Апартаменти дійсно дуже великі, нам дали з частковим виглядом на море, хоча бронювали з виглядом на місто. Персонал приємний, кухня з усім необхідним: холодильник, газова плита, мікрохвильова, електрочайник, тостер, пральна машинка, трохи кухонного начиння (хоча каструлі були трохи замалі), постіль чиста, дуже хороший безкоштовний вайфай в номері. Прибирання кожен день, входить в ціну номера, але щодо чистоти, то могло б бути краще. Коли ми заїхали, то в обох спальнях на стелі був шар чи то пилу, чи то плісняви. Як нам потім пояснювали, це через те, що ми відкривали двері на балкон з включеним кондиціонером, і через вологу, там збирався пил. Якщо це і так, то вартувало той пил витерти зі стелі до заїзду нових вілвідувачів, і загалом можна залишити якесь попередження про те, що двері балкону/ вікна можна відкривати не раніше, ніж за годину, після вимкнення кондиціонера. Ще один не дуже приємний момент (не по вині готелю), що навколо ведеться забудова, і дорога до пляжу не облагороджена + постійно приходилось перебігати трасу, бо пішохідних переходів там нема. Але загалом, до пляжу було 5-10 хв, залежно якою дорогою йти. В цілому, готелем залишились задоволені :)
