Hotel worth to stay at
Not first time at The H, Excellent location, Amazing lobby, helpful staff price are good compared to the hotel level class. Rooms are big and clean. Bed mattress needs to be replaced because it’s not comfortable and not acceptable compared to hotel level. On my second day the room was already cleaned. And i was taking afternoon nap and one of the housekeeping comes inside the room asking if want my room to be cleaned!!

The H Hotel sticht heraus mit seinen Riesen Zimmer& Riesen Bad. einen wunderschönen Ausblick da die Fenster riesig sind. Noch nie so grosse Fenster gehabt und schönen Ausblick. In manchen Hotels schon gewesen weltweit. Es sind auch schöne Details im Zimmer und sehr einladendes grosses Zimmer. Leider ist das Bett für einen so Luxus Hotel sehr schlecht. Hatte schon nach paar Tagen Rückenschmerzen und war nicht angenehm darauf zu schlafen. Service im ganzen Haus ist zuvorkommend und versucht immer weiter zu helfen. Leider merkt man das nicht mehr richtig aufgeräumt und geputzt wird. Verstehe das sie in einem gewissen da immer mehr unter Zeitdruck sind die Menschen. Aber für so ein Luxus Hotel und dessen Preis kann man schon mehr Erwarten. Man wundert sich auch im Eingang Empfangsbereich ob es sich wirklich um ein Hotel handelt.Cafés & Kleidergeschäft . Was leider das schlimmste ist der extreme Lärm Von der unteren Strasse. Sogar ab dem 30.Stock hört man alles extrem. Ob die Autos rennen machen, aufheulen,gepose,gehupe alles hört man leider. Ob man hier bei den Fenstern gespart hat? Jedenfalls das Zimmer beeindruckt und der Ausblick. Doch für diesen sehr hohen Preis weiss ich nicht ob sich das gerechtfertigt da man nicht gut einschläft und den Lärm immer hört. Muss man sich zweimal überlegen. Die Gäste sind auch sehr angenehm da es nicht Massen an Gästen hat und auch nicht viel Lärm Dementsprechend muss man entscheiden

Décevant !
Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs, nous avons eu une suite délabrée, fuite d'eau WC, nous avons informé l'hôtel de la 4 reprises, 4 interventions plus tard le problème n'était pas résolu ! Mobilier cassé, pas de mini bar Chambres qui puent, des lits stockés dans les couloir.... Etc. Je peux écrire un tas de choses qui ne vont pas Voir photos ;o(

Very friendly staff and appreciate upgrade to 25th floor with nice view. Gym was a bit disappointing, small and several equipments were out of order. One day I came back around 5pm and found out the housekeeping was still cleaning my room.
