Old and dirty
I stayed before in the hotel few years back and it was good. But this time the hotel room was awful. Clearly old and needed maintenance. The toilet ceiling was about to fall down and AC full of mold and dust. I got allergy and couldn’t stop coughing. I asked to cancel my check in but they refused to do. They showed me a different room but still the same condition. The receptionist wasn’t helpful and refused to camcel my booking. But thanks for Hotels.com they took a very good care of me and booked me another Hotel that was higher in price with no extra charge.

Hotels are synonymous with room service, charges to your room, adequate internet, and overall concern for the visitors enjoyable and comfortable stay. When one stays in a hotel, it is one of those unspoken expectations that one will have an escape from life's dramas. Imagine having to endure noxious fumes from renovations next door, cleaning crew never cooperating with your schedule but instead insisting on theirs or no cleaning and using the same used filthy rag all day to clean everything from the sink, counter and toilet. Try to sleep while a private disco above your head persists even after calling the front desk if they will even answer. The only room service is a cash room service because there isn’t a framework for billing to ones room and that includes the restaurant and any other facility. Lastly additional charges were levied upon arrival which were not included in the original booking fees. I don’t recommend staying here when one could get better service at a motel.

Wifi connection was critical for my stay and I had excellent connection with fast speed, much better than even at my home or from my phone. Very comfortable, clean and affordable.

good comfortable easy
I stayed for 7 days in Treppan hotel in Dubai, the room was small size with Kitchener and washing mAchine easy comfortable beds missing a clock in the room but service was good when you ask something you get it, cleaning the room was every day, the hotel was 25 minutes away from the downtown and that was my choice closer to the Global village and Expo2020 There was small restaurant with good food on the first floor with a small market beside it So in general was a good stay and I have no complaints

A little dated but clean and comfortable. Good shower pressure. Pool was pleasant. Housekeeping were helpful and did a great job (particularly Sainoddin). Kitchenette facilities were very handy.

I stayed at Treppan for around 9 days, the facilities in the room were great. I had a washing machine and an oven top that were both very useful for my long stay. Sainoddin took care of us by making sure the room was always clean, providing us with coffee and water every day. Overall it was a great location, clean and well-equipped room. Unfortunately the last day, the ceiling started to drip some water and it was a mess! Please make sure to fix these problems, and maintain your rooms.

We needed to be in the Sports City area of Dubai and this hotel worked perfectly for all our needs. Reasonably priced as it is not in the heart of the tourist zone but access to all amenities was easily achieved. The staff are extremely attentive and we definitely recommend this property.

Nothing was unique about the hotel, our experience was totally disappointing. The bathroom when you try and open it, make this crushing scary noise that makes it look like something is about to fall on you. The breakfast was just pathetic, if one item is not too oily, or tasteless, even ordinary egg they couldn't get it right. I couldn't even eat my food, just left it on the table and walked away, my husband who ate some of it, had stomach upset and was running to the bathroom all day. Then the staff there, totally rude, act like you are bothering.Also, both the bathtub and bathroom sink was not going to well, making them look messy after use, just happy we only used one night.The only positive thing i can say was that the lady and man we met at check- in was nice. I have been to several hotels, and for the amount we paid we paid 235 dollars, service is always excellent or better, but this hotel was just worst. Hope the manager reads this, and works towards improving, especially breakfast and customer service.
