Dear Mr Josua Hendrikus Pieters..Thank you for stating that your stay was nice except for the items that was stolen. 1.. you did not make any official report of anything been stolen before you vacate the property. 2..you were provided with a private locker inside your capsule for the safety of your items. 3..we always ask every guest before their departure if everything was ok during their stay which we did ask you . 4..we extend our hospitality to you by not disturbing you before your departure despite you staying past the normal regular checkout time without no extra cost or inconvenience We were disappointed to hear that your item was stolen if ever it was actually stolen as we have never heard of such incident on our property before.

Dear Mahmood Thank you for the stay at our hostel and also to clarify about the packing..anyone familiar with Dubai wil understand that most packing space are on the street which can either be free or paid . But you packed in a free spot .We think we deserve more than you have given as we gave you the opportunity to check in 3 hours before the normal check in time and we actually allowed you to pick a bed of your choice again we thank you for your stay.
