Het was prima plek voor paar dagen dat je wilt verblijven. Andrea was aardig vriendelijk.

Dieser Vermieter hat bei Hotels.com nichts verlore
Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir eine email, dass es mit der Buchung nicht geklappt hat. Der Vermieter meinte Hotels.com sei nicht so gut. Wir wurden zu einer anderen Unterkunft verbracht mit Gemeinschaftsbad und ohne Frühstück

Slave Sig. Günter le ribadisco che i portali Hotels.com e Expedia.com sono la stessa identica cosa. Per noi, TUTTI i clienti sono UGUALI , a prescindere da dove abbiano prenotato. La nostra struttura non DISPONEVA attualmente di camere al momento della vostra prenotazione. la colpa e' della sincronizzazione automatica dei calendari di Expedia (Hotels.com) che dovrebbe gestire le prenotazioni con altri enti. La vostra prenotazione è stata comunque ACCETTATA al di fuori delle REGOLE aziendali e da quelle CONTRATTUALI con Expedia (Hotels.com). io ho provveduto a trovarvi personalmente l alloggio in un altra struttura, che essendo superiore al nostro prezzo di listino, mi ha visto farmi carico della spesa per la differenza. la struttura in questione non forniva il servizio della colazione, ma di questo siete stati messi al corrente e avete scelto comunque di accettare questa soluzione anziche' annullare la prenotazione. Dispiaciuto per la situazione, vi invito a tornare offrendovi un pernottamento gratuito presso noi. Hi Mr.Günter, I reiterate that the Hotels.com and Expedia.com portals are the exact same thing. For us, ALL customers are the same, regardless of where they booked. Our structure does NOT currently HAVE rooms at the time of your booking. the fault is the automatic synchronization of Expedia (Hotels.com) calendars that should manage reservations with other entities. However, your booking has been ACCEPTED outside of the RULES and CONTRACTUAL RULES with Expedia (Hotels.com). I proceeded to personally find you the accommodation in another structure, which being higher than our list price, saw me take charge of the expense for the difference. the structure in question did not provide the breakfast service, but you were informed of this and chose to accept this solution instead of canceling the reservation. Sorry for the situ

Vi sentirete come a casa!
La dimora è facile da raggiungere con comodo piazzale per parcheggiare in zona tranquillissima. Vi accoglierà il proprietario davvero gentile e cordiale dall'accoglienza ai saluti finali. Ci siamo sentiti come se ospitati da un amico che ci ha consigliato anche cosa visitare nei pressi del lago. Vi sentirete come a casa! Consigliatissimo.
