Cozy B&B right close to the airport
We arrived very late at night but when we rang the doorbell, the owner came to the door quickly. She's an absolute delight and so hospitable! Our room was small but cozy and exactly what we needed - a short stay near the airport.

Beautiful little B&B in good location.
Very nice little bed and breakfast. We skipped the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. The bedroom was beautiful and clean, if a bit small. En-suite bathroom was clean and nicely appointed. The lady who ran it was very helpful and professional. The location was safe, clean, and very pretty. Best for people that don’t mid a bit of walking—it was a 10-15 minute walk to various bus stops, and about a 20 minute bus ride from there to town or the airport. Beautiful, safe residential area to walk through, with nearby pub, restaurant, small grocery store, bakery, all within 10 min. I strongly recommend downloading an app to help you navigate Dublin’s excellent but complex bus system—the one we used was just called “Dublin” and was a lifesaver. There was a smart TV which we had no use for, and good fast Wi-Fi included.

Julie was knowledgeable and helpful. Great breakfast even though she overslept a bit. Bathroom was somewhat small but quite adequate. Beautiful back deck and yard. Very convenient to the bus line.

Convenient to Dublin and airport
Pros: Not far from airport or downtown Dublin. Only a 10 min walk to bus stop and a variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and then a 15 min bus ride to center of Dublin. 16 euro taxi to airport. Very welcoming and knowledgeable host. Good breakfast. Parking included. Good hot shower. Hair dryer in room. Well priced for Dublin, but higher priced than other parts of Ireland. Pleasant breakfast room and backyard patio. Quiet location. Good wifi. Safe. Cons: Bed too saggy/not supportive enough...needs replacement. Room/items in room not as clean or fresh as expected (compared to other B and Bs). Toilet had plumbing problems...took several minutes to fill tank after flushing. Small (but functional) room. No bottled water. Could have better toiletries.

Enjoyable stay at B&B
I had a two night stay at Annandale B&B, and had a lovely time there. Julie was an excellent host, giving me lots of tips and ideas whilst there. The food was great. There is quite a long walk to the local bus stop, about 12-15 minutes. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.

Great host and location.
Julie was a lovely host. The location is very convenient to bus line to Dublin city center. Julie gave us valuable information for our stay. She welcomed us and served a wonderful breakfast. We had great food and conversation. Rooms very comfortable and service was excellent. We had a lovely stay here.

WE WERE ON THE TOP FLOOR, SLANTED CEILING, HITTING HEAD PERIODICALLY BREAKFAST WAS NOT SERVED UNTIL 8 AND FINISHES AT 9. STAIRWAY TO ROOMS WAS TIGHT AND IF YOU HAVE BAD KNEES REQUEST GROUND FLOOR AS THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

Lovely hostess, terrific breakfast, and a pleasant room. The location didn't offer much, but we were given excellent instructions on how to walk to the bus into downtown Dublin. Also, parking is limited, but we were able to park on the street about two blocks away on a safe-feeling block. The breakfast food was super fresh, and I'm thrilled that it was my first Full Irish breakfast.

Great weekend away
Had a loverly stay here , Julie and Brian are great hosts . We were able to drop our bags off early on Friday and leave them late on Monday such a big help to us . Rooms are clean and the beds are great . Loved this place and would recommend to any one . Thanks both for a brill weekend

At home in Dublin
Great place to say Brian was very friendly and had a great recommendation to get a bite to eat which was just round the corner and was lovely. Just what a hungry traveller needs is a pint and a great bite to eat. Can't rate this B&B highly enough and I travel a lot for business so it is nice to get a few homely comforts and interaction.

Lovely accommodation
We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. B&B was close to public transport with only a 15 minute ride into the city. Brian cooked us a lovely irish breakfast each morning and kept us entertained with his wonderful irish personality. A laugh a minute. Would highly recommend this B&B and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay, walking distance to a hotel and restaurant as well as bus services to and fro into city centre. Julie was very friendly and helpful, going out of her way to assist us during our stay. Lovely English style breakfast served fresh each morning highly recommend for your stay.

Es war nicht so einfach, dass B&B zu finden, da die Beschreibung nicht ganz korrekt war. Empfang angemessen freundlich. Koffer wurde sofort nach oben getragen.

Great find!
This place had a perfect location in Dublin. It is only an easy 10 minute bus ride to center of the city and all that action plus super close to airport. My husband and I enjoyed our last night so close to the city. We had early flight so didn't bother booking for their breakfast and had great rate. We will return.

One night stay
It was just a one night stay before going to the airport. I was by myself, so the small room was just fine. Being from California, I did feel cold in the room and the heat wasn't turned on until it got dark. It was great to be able to access my Netflix account on their tv, since I don't watch regular television. I wasn't told there was tea at night outside the rooms, I didn't realize that until the morning and would've loved to have known it was there! Lovely home and a nice family.

Great Location.
Stayed here for one night, we thought we were getting two twin rooms but we got one twin and one family which was ok except that I must have picked the oldest bed with the oldest linen on to sleep on in the family room. Springs squeezed every time I moved and the bottom sheet was all bobbly so not very nice. Everyone else said their beds were good. Breakfast was nice I would suggest that a menu with everything on offer left in the room would be helpful as other people seemed to be given a choice, unlike us.

A good base for a short stay in Dublin
A comfortable night's stay in a very welcoming Guest House, followed by a good 'full Irish' breakfast in the morning. Considering how close the property is to Dublin City Centre, it was remarkably quiet. This represented good value for us and we felt that it would be a good base for a short stay in the Irish capital, offering relatively easy access to the city and to surrounding areas, such as Howth.

Outstanding! A home away from home.
The owner greeted us warmly and immediately gave us tons of information on what to do and how to get where we wanted to be by local transit. No worries about driving around the city. We were there for two nights and had quiet, restful sleeps with fantastic breakfasts each morning. Lots of laughter around the breakfast table as the host introduced us to other guests. We left behind a valuable item when we checked out and the owner contacted us immediately and made arrangements to return it to us at our airport hotel on our departure day almost two weeks later. She certainly went way beyond the call of duty to help us out. We would highly recommend this B&B...

Il b e b è molto carino ha il parcheggio nel cortile e la proprietaria è molto molto gentile.La camera è molto bella anche se minuscola, curata nei minimi dettagli con gusto,molto piccola, è complicato anche sistemare le valigie.Il bagno è minuscolo ma c'è tutto quel che serve e anche la doccia è comoda.Bellissima la sala dove viene servita la colazione che era buonissima, ci hanno servito anche i pancake fatti al momento...unica pecca la colazione è a pagamento!!! Insomma una notte con colazione 92,00 euro...mi sembra un po' troppo. Per andare in centro potete prendere l'autobus facendo una passeggiata di 10 minuti, il costo del biglietto per 2 persone è di 5.55 euro, al ritorno abbiamo preso il taxi(10 euro) perché sul bus non avevamo la moneta per poter pagare e non accettano soldi di carta.Se arrivate in auto verso le 16/17 preparatevi a fare la coda è una via trafficatissima ma dopo quell'orario è molto tranquilla.

Clean and Neat
One night stay prior to a flight out at the end of our holiday. Very clean B&B. We didn't pay nor get the breakfast as we had to leave early (0800). B&B is within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and take-away chinese and pizza.
